Ανεξάρτητα αν έρχεστε για δουλειά ή για διασκέδαση, είμαι σίγουρος οτι θα απολαύσετε το πλήρως εξοπλισμένο value for money διαμέρισμα που σας προσφέρω, όσο και την γειτονιά του. Η τοποθεσία, είναι το κέντρο της πόλης και έτσι σας προσφέρει εύκολη και γρήγορη πρόσβαση σε οτιδήποτε επιθυμήσετε. Θα είμαι στην διάθεση σας για να απαντω στις ερωτήσεις σας και να σας βοηθησω στις διακοπές σας.

Απολαύστε το μοντέρνο, ζεστό και πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα κατάλληλο για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες & παρέες φίλων. Βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της Αλεξανδρούπολης και η πρόσβασή σας σε όλα τα κύρια αξιοθέατα είναι εξαιρετικά εύκολη. Δίπλα από το διαμέρισμα θα βρείτε αρτοποιεία, cafe, φαρμακείο, ταβέρνες, τράπεζες, κομμωτήριο, εμπορικά καταστήματα. Για κρατήσεις που γίνονται από 01/04-31/10 ο φόρος είναι 8€/διανυκτέρευση και από 01/11-31/03 είναι 2€/διανυκτέρευση. Θα λαμβάνετε μήνυμα ενημέρωσης.

Ένα μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Αλεξανδρούπολης πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις για την άνετη διαμονή 2 ατόμων. Η τοποθεσία του είναι ιδανική για την πρόσβαση του κέντρου και της παραλιακής οδού με ένα περίπατο. Σε ακτίνα 100μ υπάρχει πρόσβαση σε supermarket φαρμακεία, πρατήριο καυσίμων, fastfood, ζαχαροπλαστείο κ.λ.π. Στάση αστικού λεωφορείου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 50μ. Η απόσταση από το αεροδρόμιο είναι στα 4χλμ, από το λιμάνι στα 500μ και από το ΚΤΕΛ στα 300μ.

Fully renovated apartment with elegant aesthetics in one of the most central parts of the city, on the second floor with access from the stairs. Spacious, warm, modern, able to steal your heart. It consists of an open space that includes a living room-kitchen and a queen size bed with an anatomic foam mattress. The excellent quality sofa becomes a bed and the space is able to comfortably accommodate 4 people. In case of more people, the house has another bedroom.

Στη γειτονιά θα βρείτε φούρνο, καφέ, μάρκετ, κ.α. για ότι χρειαστείτε. Σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών από το κέντρο με τα πόδια. 500 μέτρα μέσω 2 κεντρικών δρόμων & άνετη αλλά και δωρεάν στάθμευση έμπροσθεν καταλύματος και κατα μήκος του δρόμου.
