The apartment is even better than the pictures show! The view is simply stunning, and the space is extremely comfortable, clean and well organized. The location is also excellent, with restaurants, a bakery, a market and several snack bars nearby. Great house. Match the images and description of the property. It is in a condominium of houses. Access is given by facial recognition at the entrance of the condominium and the keys are in a safe in the house. The house was clean and well organized. It has several utensils. The location is good, but it is a little far from the best area of Ponta Negra, but nothing to be desired.

We had a great stay. Perfect for families. Beautiful pool and right on the desserted beach of Maracajau. Just a 5 minute drive to the centre of Maracajau where u can find markets and restaurants. If u are a cook… the kitchen is really well equipped with more than u can imagine. Really nice stay!!! Thank u Fred and Mariana. Wonderful hosts!!!

The apartment is excellent! We love our time staying in Carmem's apartment a lot. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walk. In addition, Carmem was so careful that it even left some pampering for us like beer and cold ones. The view is incredible, comfortable bed, well-equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we need something, Carmem responded promptly. If we return to Natal we will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Fernando's apartment is perfect, especially for a small family. It has a suite with comfortable bed, TV and air conditioning and another room that serves as a living room and second bedroom with sofa bed with very comfortable double size mattress, TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is small but extremely functional with all the cooking items and an espresso machine that won my heart (thanks for the gift capsules). It has a huge social bathroom, washer and balcony with table and chairs. Everything clean, modern and beautiful. The small pet in the apê is an apart charm, with a walk and a feed and water dispenser. The condominium is a luxury, with several amenities, warm pools, access to the beach a few meters, a very quiet and family atmosphere. It also has covered parking and modern identification system. Check in and check out super quiet, the very fast and resolute communication with Fernando was another great differential. I recommend 100%.

The stay was excellent, Cláudia always attentive to solve any issue that appeared, beautiful and organized, including, the hostess offered to carry out the cleaning at no extra cost, which really exceeded my expectations.
