Apartment holiday rentals in Eyüpsultan

Had a great couple of nights at Urban Quarters, it has a good locations and, being at the top of the apartment block, is above most of the noise and bustle of the town.

Excellent apartment at a reasonable price. The metro station is right next to the building. The host was very responsive — I really enjoyed my stay!

First, the host Efkan was terrific. Waiting for us at the front door, he carried our two suitcases up to the 5th floor apartment, saving two old travellers from the struggle of doing it ourselves! Efkan responded to all our texts almost immediately, and was a great host The flat is well equiped (although no oven),and has a fantastic terrace overlooking the Bosphorous, where my wife and I enjoyed a glass of wine every evening. A joy. It is very central (beside the Galata Tower), so good for seeing all the important attractions, either on foot, public transport or taxi. Being in the center of town means there are street noises at night, like car horns, or people on a night out...nothing unusual, but part of city life.

A perfect place to explore Balat and further afield. Our taxi from the airport struggled to locate exact address of property and his vehicle didn't like the very narrow cobbled streets!!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the place, the location and the host! She was very friendly and very accommodating to our check in and out times. The location is great, less than a 5 minute walk to Galata tower. Thank you for such a great stay!

Such an amazing stay at Sebiha’s place! The view of the Bosphorous ( though restricted) is spectacular! the full length glass adds to the charm . The sofa and the bed both very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with all cooking essentials - in fact we cooked our breakfast everyday & enjoyed dining with the amazing view. But the best thing about the apartment is its location - very well positioned. It’s so close to Galata tower, Taksim street, metro station. Just a few steps up, you reach the supermarket & just a few steps down, you reach the bus stop ! Very convenient for travel . Highly recommended place for long time stays also.

Mehmet’s apartment has a great location in the beautiful neighbourhood Balat. It is spacious, clean and lovely decorated and furnished. Just down the road there are a lot of options for restaurants and small shops both modern and traditional. Mehmet is always quick with responding to messages. We had a lovely stay here, would highly recommend.

It is very identical with what you see in the pictures, Asmali Mescit is one of my favorite districts in Istanbul because of night life, this place is just in the heart of it. Savas is a kind fellow helped me to carry my luggage. I can only suggest the curtains with thicker ones as street lights came in the room. A clean, decent Airbnb for the ones who want to explore Istanbul most of their time, recommended

Loved my stay at Sinpaş Queen Bomonti! The apartment on the 36th floor offers a breathtaking view over Istanbul – especially at sunset a real highlight. The equipment is modern and high quality, the building very well maintained and safe. Perfect for a stylish stay in a central location. Clear recommendation!

We loved our stay at this apartment. Balat was a perfect neighborhood to make as base during our stay in Istanbul. Tons of great restaurants in the area and it was easy to access other parts of the city via bus and tram. Pops Balat and Balat Kahvaltı Evi are two great spots for breakfast and coffee just a short block from the apartment. The apartment was cozy and beautiful and exactly as described and shown in photos (I particularly liked the historical character of the place). Another review noted that kids play outside fairly late, which I noticed as well. Not an issue for me, even as a light-ish sleeper!

Amazing apartment that was spacious and clean. We absolutely loved having morning coffee on the balcony. The neighborhood is also great as it's close to the tram and not touristy (but you can walk to some touristy areas which is also nice). Furkan was helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay again.

This apartment was in an awesome location with views of the Galata Tower. Perfect place to stay in Istanbul.

Brother Hamza was very cooperative. There is a special parking, security and security for the building. I recommend dealing with Brother Hamza

Birce’s apartment is very spacious and located right next to Istiklal Street, making it easy to walk to the busiest and most vibrant areas. The place has three large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an additional toilet room, as well as a cozy living room and dining area. There were three of us, and each of us had our own private room, which made the stay very comfortable. The only small downside was that check-out time was a bit early, likely due to the time needed to clean such a large space—but overall, I highly recommend this place!

Nice Airbnb, in a very nice part of Beyoglu! Close to the entertainment area but no nuisance from it. Also within walking distance of Galata and Sultanahmet. The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. Once in the jacuzzi after a busy day in the city. It smelled a little damp when entering but then no longer bothered. Would definitely come back here!

I think it's a very nice place to relax and have a great time, but a quick solution was provided for my questions

Diyar’s place hit all the boxes:: the building is an over hundred year old property renovated with thoughtfully and culturally designed elements. We were given the entire place of 5 bedrooms to ourselves for a group of 6 people. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious rooms. Enough provisions of towels & tissues. Situated in a local neighbourhood gives an authentic stay feel. Supermarket and a food joint is right below the building. Some points to note are, no metro station is close by. Some leakage issues in some bathrooms.

recently stayed at this apartment in Istanbul for two and a half weeks, and it was truly an exceptional experience. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, they responded immediately, ensuring that I had a smooth and enjoyable stay. Additionally, they even arranged my airport transfer at a very reasonable price, which made my travel plans hassle-free. I can't recommend staying here enough, and I look forward to booking this apartment again when I visit Istanbul next year. It's a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in this vibrant city.

Everything was so great ,the host was friendly and always available,home was clean and full with the mentioned amenities,It wasnt my first time I stayed here and it wont be the last,I recommend Sinpaş specifically with this host, I tried others but I findout Sortie is more responsible than others.

all in one it was quite okay, only the location was very noisy and unfavorable to public transport, so that every time a short distance to the bus station by taxi had to be made. The window could hardly be opened because it was really very noisy outside alone. The stove top could not be used because it was broken so that food had to be ordered every time or had to be taken away. The dryer was extremely littered and was not clean. In the washing machine there was still old laundry and has liked it, so that even these two appliances could not be used to us but was actually very important and decisive for the fact that we did not book a hotel room but an apartment. You can't do anything in the area. There were no options except a restaurant that did not appeal to us.

My friends and I had a brilliant stay here. We had everything we needed, the place was very clean and Daria was a very responsive host. We would definitely come back! Thank you for our stay :)
