Evimiz toptan elektrik malzemeleri satan dükkanlarının olduğu bir konumdadır. Gün içerisinde pencereleri açık bıraktığınızda yük taşıyan işçilerin bağrışlarını duyabilirsiniz. Fakat pencereler kapalıyken, bu sesler çok az duyuluyor. Onun dışında etrafında gece kulübü gürültüsü yok. Akşam 18:00 sonrası sokak sessizleşiyor. Cumartesi öğleden sonra ve pazar günü tamamen sessiz. Pencereler de karartma perdeleri mevcut. Klima mevcut. Kahve makinesi ve su ısıtıcı mevcut. Ev 35 m2. 1 inci kattadır.

Our house is in Fener- Balat district which is famous for its historic and unique houses. It was a renovated 19th-century house in the old city of Istanbul behind the ancient city walls. Still 15 mins away from the centre by tram. The area is safe and very vivid. Full of cafes and restaurants. Newly renovated historic Ottoman house in Old Istanbul. It has three and half floors in total with three bedrooms, large living room and high designed fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
