The bed in the alcove is 105 cm, the sofa bed can be made into a 140 cm wide bed and a mattress is available for an extra child's bed. It is free to park on the street outside (date-p). Within a few hundred meters you will find a grocery store, gas station, bus, restaurant, coffee shop, pizzeria, disc golf course, surf bay, outdoor gym, swimming piers & Storsjöyran. About 1 km walking distance to the city center and Östersund Hospital.

The apartment is separate with its own entrance. The furniture includes a sofa bed, small table and two chairs, kitchenware, and a small sink and refrigerator. Come and live in an own appartment in a house from the 19th century. It has one bedroom, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and own entrance. We have beds for 4 persons but extrabeds can be provided. It is located in Lit about 20 km north of Östersund with a 3 min walk to busses directly to Östersund's Arena and Östersund city. By car it is a 20 min ride. Sheets and bath towels can be rented.
