Beds: sleeping loft 140 cm wide and sofa bed 140 cm wide = 4 beds in total. Associated bed mattresses provide comfortable beds. Small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Dining table and four chairs. Large south-facing patio with table and 4 chairs. Smaller but well-equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and oven. Outdoor grill. WIFI. A nice one-room apartment (15 sqm) with kitchenette and bathroom (shower and washing machine) located on a lake plot in Lugnvik with lovely views of Storsjön and its own dock. The apartment is separate with its own entrance. The furniture includes a sofa bed, small table and two chairs, kitchenware, and a small sink and refrigerator. A set of bed linens and towels are included. Biking distance to Östersund city center (about 5 km) and good bus connection is available. Free parking for one car in the yard. Regards Johan

Peaceful campsite by the river with its own dock

Something happens to us when we take the time to just be. Living a somewhat simple life for a while without having to give up all the comforts, for that matter. Letting go of everyday worries, putting your phone away, and allowing yourself to be enchanted by your surroundings. Lighting a fire, canoeing, looking out over the water's edge from the edge of the bed as even the beaver can swim by sometimes, boil coffee and cook over an open fire. The bed will be made up when you arrive. A warm welcome!

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Quiet and undisturbed location that during the winter half-year has ski-in location to Storsjön's ice for those who like cross-country skiing and skating, however, you have to make your own tracks. Fully-equipped apartment with several activities for young people. About 20 minutes to Östersund city center! Engine heater outlet is available but charging post for electric car is missing.
