Holiday rentals with beach access in Faial Island

Andreia was such a friendly and caring host. The apartment was beautifully furnished and very cozy. The kitchen is really perfect and left nothing to be desired. We felt very comfortable and were able to contact Andreia at any time if we needed anything. The apartment is highly recommended, it was perfect!

Great place for a family!

We had a great time in Horta. The place has a great garden and is really quiet. In between, you can hear quiet sounds of the sea. Street parking was not an issue. We will be happy to come back.

A beautiful, spacious and cozy house with a stunning view. Looking out to the sea and the islands of the Azores in the morning is something very special. The house offers every comfort and is a wonderful base from which to explore Pico. It is quiet and cozy. We enjoyed every moment - from getting up overlooking the sea to an aperitif and sunset dinner. Ana always responded promptly, even Vaina, who takes care of the house, was always available. The arrival was unproblematic, as was the departure. A beautiful spot on earth! Feel free to come back anytime. Thank you for having us!

This apartment is so roomy and comfortable! Three couples can easily stay here and have an easy stay. The eat-in kitchen is large and very-well appointed. Enormous windows overlook the town, bay and Pico; they also have lightblocking shades when the sun gets too hot. The walk to town center is close but it is up a hill (that gives you the view!). Maria Teresa is a wonderful host and was very responsive with a last-minute request. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

We had a short stay but everything was great! The views were beautiful on the top floor (there were stairs), and there was a nice outdoor patio. We had enough towels and all the amenities we needed (full sized fridge and freezer which was nice). The parking was easy and spacious. Great location, I recommend!

Wonderful stay on Pico island. Close to the sea and natural beach, but also to the mountains. Everything was in perfect state, fully equipped kitchen.

Beautiful ground-level apartment that had everything I needed for my 4-day stay. As nice as the accommodation is, the best thing about the place might be the host Florencio who lives upstairs. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to meet Florencio, as he was called out of town to help with a friend’s medical emergency. However, he was very attentive to making sure I had good directions, local information, etc. before I arrived and was easily reachable for my questions and responded quickly during my stay. Five stars for the place, ten stars for Florencio —- highly recommended !

We lucked out in renting Roberto's home as a base to explore Pico Island - gorgeous private spacious setting, not too far from restaurants and trailheads, with sounds of the waves and the sheep in the background. We hope to return!

Charming little house perfect for our family staying for a few days in Faial. Very clean accommodation with the amenities and equipment required to make our stay enjoyable. We had a car which allowed us to access the different sites to visit or hikes to do (car required in our opinion). Perfect location to be in the front row at sunset over the sea. We would return to Ana's without hesitation.

We felt incredibly lucky to stumble upon (& get to book) Jorge’s summer family home: there is not a better view of Horta in the entire area! We loved having our mornings & evenings overlooking the gorgeous bay & town. There were many evenings we had dinner at home instead of out because we knew we could not beat that front yard! We never met Jorge, but he was so warm & responsive we felt like we knew him. His recommendations were terrific (do go to Peter’s Sport Cafe- the food is excellent & the Gin & Tonic, per their & Jorge’s recommendation, is so smooth & to die for ((& we aren’t even cocktail people)). The house was great; we only had one minor issue, & Marco & Carla, the caretakers, (who are such kind, wonderful people), handled it perfectly. We loved Faial so much! Definitely hike the volcanoes, & go to O Moro Quijeria for the best cheese in the world (seriously!). We certainly recommend this house to others & plan to rent it again ourselves :)

We love the house. Marcelo was very friendly and hospitable. He welcomed us with a bottle of white wine, a loaf of bread, a big chunk of cheese, and a big bottle of water. He has provided lots of information regarding restaurants and sights. The house is very conveniently located. It is near the airport, close by to the ferry station and wine museum and restaurants and hiking trails. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks!

We had a lovely few days away. The accommodation is very quiet, very well equipped and very well located, a few minutes from the volcano and the natural pools of Capelinhos. Communication with Sandra was very easy and responsive. Everything was great!

Paula's Azorean Home was a fantastic accomodation option for my family of three. We have a 1 year old, and suitable accomodation options aren't always easy to find, but Paula's home was perfectly set up for our needs and we felt at home in this most scenic and tranquil location almost Immediately. Paula left us fresh fruit, bread, butter, cheese, olive oil, baby foods and snacks, meaning we didn't need to run to the store nor bring anything with us. The table was set including a highchair, baby utensils and plates, their was a basket of toys and books for our child and a crib was set up in the second room. In every room, Paula has thought about what guests need to feel at home. Thank you for hosting us Paula, we hope to return again one day soon.

Nice, modern place with plenty of space. Quiet area. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Everything as described. You can easily fit 6 people in there.
