Our peaceful place offers 4 king size bedrooms, a bunk room, a loft with sofa bed, and 2 gorgeous living areas. Washers and dryers are located on both levels next to the bedrooms. When you’re not taking in the beautiful view of Greers Ferry lake or making s'mores by the fire pit, enjoy watching a movie on one of the smart tvs located in every bedroom and living area.

This cozy 4 bedroom 2 bath home is located on the water at Greer's Ferry Lake in Higden. The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests include 2 kayaks with paddles, fun noodles and more.This lake house has 2 king rooms with new Serta hybrid mattresses. One of the king rooms also has 2 chairs that unzip and fold out into twin beds. The lakeview Queen room has a new Serta pillowtop hybrid mattress.

Enjoy the creek view from bottom or upper deck. Family’s can also enjoy the gazebo and fire pit with the view of the creek in the background along with Bettis Mountain. We are also 1.5 miles from Greers Ferry Lake. Hiking, hunting, Atv riding, all close. Little Red river short drive, best trout fishing. You can hunt on the property.

The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. Once you book you will receive specific instructions and a code for entry so there are no keys to keep track of or worry about! Internet can be spotty! If you are concerned with access bring a mifi or make sure you have a hot spot on your phone!!!
