We had an absolutely wonderful time at this place! The kids loved having the pool, and the patio was perfect for both mornings and evenings. The only minor issue we encountered was a small trip area coming into the house from the back patio. Just keep an eye out for it or lay down a towel to avoid any mishaps. Overall, it’s a great spot!

Beautiful views for morning coffee, easy access to beach and super secure property. If you're not wanting to spend a ton on a resort but want to be close to the beach and major cities this ones for you! Ubers are super cheap to go everywhere.

Lesley was amazing, any questions I had, she responded quickly. The pool area was fun and the beach is literally a one minute walk from the second pool. We were out and about and their was a power outage one evening and Lesley reached out to us via text and through the Airbnb to inform us of what was going on and gave us instructions on how to use the generator. Awesome service through and through. The 2 local beaches next to the Airbnb in addition were great!. We look forward to coming back!!! Brenda’s place was amazing! Neighbors were so nice and helpful. Place was very clean she allowed us to drop off our luggage & roam before she finished our room. Absolutely responsive and very polite. Will be coming back !

Emmanuel was an amazing host. We exchanged messages several times before our stay and he gave very good directions and ideas and links for things to do since was our first visit to the island… we had an issue with a bathroom faucet and he was very responsive and someone was there to fix it the next day. The location is amazing as you are right across from the pool and very close to the beach entrance… and we loved the local chickens that wandered around. The community is gated and central to lots of places. You’re about 40 minutes from San Juan and 45 minutes to Farjado. Enjoy the sounds of the forest at night. We sat on the back patio several evenings listening. We had a great stay! Thank you Emmanuel for welcoming us into your place! We will be back again hopefully very soon!

Victoria’s place was nice , The rooms were all clean . The kitchen was fully equipped.Roof patio with a beautiful view unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoyed. Highly recommend to rent a car .

Marta was an excellent host. Super communicative! Her place was right on the beach with private access which was nice. She provided everything we needed even coolers and beach toys! The hammocks on the porch were nice and relaxing after a long day at the beach. Would definitely want to stay here again when we come back!

My fiancé and I stayed 2 weeks here and it was amazing! The condo is so comfortable and had everything we needed!! We made lunches in the kitchen and walked into town for dinner ( we tried it all and it was all so good!! ) the hammock was a major plus to add to relaxation and we slept so easy to sounds of the ocean ! As far as the building itself it’s older and a little tired ( part of being so close to the ocean and going through extreme weather I’d suppose) but there are people constantly working to take care of it best they can , sweeping and mopping common areas , Painting, they even got a new elevator while we were there! We felt safe and happy and could feel the love the locals have for their home and land . The people were all friendly and the view from the patio is beyond words, endless ocean and the Reserve close by kept us out there most of the time just marveling!! Add the miles of walkable beach in, and this place literally offers it all!!!! Can’t wait to come back!

The condo was beautiful, peaceful and very comfortable. The penthouse rooftop was unbelievable. The views from the rooftop were spectacular. We spent time on the rooftop every night after a long day of excursions. The only negative and it's not too bad, was the shower in the hallway bathroom, the shower drain would clot up. Also, in the second bedroom there's an exposed electrical outlet which looked not safe. The condo still is a 5 rating though!

Beautiful place the patio on the roof top was so beautiful we enjoyed dinner one night with the fresh breeze coming in. Most definitely stay again . One down fall the Google maps and Waze didn’t give me direct directions keep sending me a different way , but I contacted the host and they responded fast enough ,also the first night had an outage and the host did composited me for half of the night . I’m going to say that’s normal there but i didn’t know either way the place was beautiful .

Fernando's air bnb has a beautiful and the best view of the beach ! it looks exactly like the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again.

We liked staying at José's place. The location was great with easy access to the beaches at Isla Verde. The ocean views from the porch were excellent.

Amazing Stay Again! This was my third time staying at Carmen’s place, and it was just as wonderful as always! The home is clean, cozy, and perfectly located. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back again!

My mother, son, and I had a great time here. The yard was beautiful and the house was even better than the posted photos. The community pool is huge and there was even an arcade machine. The furniture was cozy and the kitchen was well stocked for eating in when wanted. We felt safe in the gated community and the area is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this place.

Just stayed at Cuylers place for my first time in Puerto Rico and I want to say this is an excellent place to stay at! It’s completely private, big and beautiful! The pictures describe the house and the house looks even more beautiful in person! Cuyler is great a communication he always responded quickly and made us feel at home with the great amenities the house has! The location is great the house is close to a 24-Hour Supermarket and 24-Hour Burger King that made the stay even more better! I highly recommend staying at Cuylers place! It’s a beautiful private property. House was very clean and we had a great time at the pool! Highly recommend it! Cuyler has great customer service and communicates very well any instructions to access the house!

We loved our stay so much! This was a great fit for our family of seven. We had lots of beds and plenty of space for everyone. Everything was clean and the furniture was really nice and everything was well taken care of. We really appreciated how there were lots of things there for us to use, like a cooler for us to take our lunches in every day on our adventures, chairs , umbrella, Sand toys, balls — all the things that we could possibly need. Gretchen was really easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly. We would definitely recommend this for anybody! We had a great time. Thank you so much.

It was an amazing stay, my family and I enjoyed it. Nelson was a very great host, would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. I would also be going back for another stay. My mission for my husband to reunite him with his dad was a successful mission all thanks to Nelson.

Our stay was peaceful, magical, and we are really going to miss your chickens and the local kitties greeting us. The house was well stocked and walkable to many cute restaurants and the beach. Beautiful home, location, safe. Host was willing, friendly and respectful. They were just a text away when needed. Home had an amazing terrace with a great view. Beds were comfortable and clean. We recommend and would stay again.

House and service was amazing all around anytime we had a slight issue Alan and Roy were beyond helpful they are amazing hosts and keep the house in wonderful shape I would recommend this place to anyone and I will probably come back myself.

The home was a perfect location for myself and colleagues as we traveled around San Juan. Cristina was very quick to send instructions and responded quickly to any questions I had for her. A big home with plenty of space. It was a great place to stay and a great price!
