Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Fajardo

Great value little place in great location. There was a problem with the water heating which Jessica resolved straight away. Excellent communication throughout our stay. The neighbourhood was quite noisy when we stayed but it was a bank hol weekend so might have something to do with it. Wifi was good, beds comfy, air con worked well. No problems finding the place and getting in. Thank you Jessica for sharing your house with us!

Carmen and the fellow hosts were great! They kept great communication with us. We traveled as a group of 5 and the Airbnb had everything we needed including all the utensils you need to cook and eat (even though we ate out all the days lol) the location is great too, we were super close to the beautiful beaches in Fajardo, 7 Seas Beach, and El Yunke. There is also a Walmart nearby so you can do your groceries close. Everything was incredibly clean and well prepared!

For a one night impromptus stay it was pretty good.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view. The whole house was very clean. We had everything we needed for cooking which was important to us. Google maps messed up the location and Migdalis was very kind to walk us through the directions step by step. The location is within minutes to El Yunque, the Luquillo beaches and close to Fajardo. The grocery store, Ralph’s, is not too far and was an extremely clean store with helpful staff. The bedrooms have air conditioning which kept our sleeping very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet (no people or street noises) except for a rooster across the street. We’re early risers so it didn’t bother us, just amused us. The night time natural noises were so calming and relaxing that I had to record them to use at home. We stayed 4 nights and were very happy there.

We stayed for a week and this has been the most wonderful and amazing Airbnb we have ever booked! The local beaches and “kiosks” were amazing. Our kids enjoyed everything about our vacation. Renald’s place came equipped with life jackets, beach toys, beach umbrellas, and chairs. The home overall was clean and everything was as described. Place in a beautiful location. It does not have air conditioning in the common areas, which made the stay a bit warm. But overall, everything was fine.

We had an amazing stay! The property was exceptional—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very kid-friendly. One of the highlights was the thoughtful inclusion of beach essentials like coolers, chairs, beach toys, and balls, which made it so easy to enjoy beautiful beach days. The manager was also incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. You can tell a lot of care goes into this place. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough about this property! It’s a little slice of paradise. Even though it’s in a neighborhood it’s extremely private. The porches and pool area make you feel like you are at your own resort. The location is close to anything you might want to do in the east side of the island and Kevin provides a manual with excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities etc. We took advantage of so many but also used the well equipped kitchen and grills to eat in. The beach gear and towels were appreciated as were the washer/dryer. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Kevin was extremely responsive. Our family of 6 travelers, ages 13-74, had an awesome week!

I have stayed here several times. The apartment is very large and met my needs. I look forward to staying here again.

This place is very close to the ferry to Vieques and Culebra. Having the little market on the back and rental car so close makes the stay easier for a traveler. The place is clean, spacious and with the basics needed for a stay.

This is my second time staying at Heather's and it was just as great as the first time! Natalia was incredibly responsive and the place was perfect. Having the house right across from such a beautiful, quiet beach was ideal. It was also super close to El Yunque and the bioluminescent bay. Could not recommend this place enough!

Everything we wanted in a perfect location! My husband and I picked Berneice’s place for our honeymoon and first time in Puerto Rico. The instructions to get inside were detailed and included photos with descriptions. Checking out was quick; we just needed to take trash and return the keys. Berneice was such a proactive host and checked in with us even though we didn’t need a thing! Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, etc made our stay easy and convenient. I would suggest checking out the host’s guidebook for recommendations!

Studio condo was well air conditioned, comfortable and lots of natural light. Location is a long walk to 7 seas beach, especially carrying anything more than a towel to lay on. But, it is walkable to a great neighborhood breakfast cafe, walkable to kayak village for bioluminescent tours and walkable to 2 great restaurants. Plenty of rooster, chickens cats and dogs in the neighborhood make it a lively place. A covered outdoor basketball court is nice for some exercise. Dedicated parallel parking right in front of the condo. Rented a car for easy drives to local cafes, El Yunka rain forest for hikes, Luquillo beaches and a Marina Puerto Del Rey for Culebra snorkeling tour.

My family and I recently stayed in Luquillo at Luis's home, and we had a great experience there. The host added personal touches that made us feel at home. We also appreciate that he responded quickly to an issue we had with the lights one day, and we even got to sign a place for visitors to leave their mark. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Luis's. :)

This is our second time staying at Daisha’s place. The cleanliness in this apartment is A+. The location is safe and walkable to restaurants. The views are breathtaking. Daisha is responsive and proactive in her communication. We are looking forward to returning. Daisha gracias por siempre hacer nuestra estadia memorable.

Eric was very responsive and helpful. He was on top of sending me the check in instructions and check out instructions. The Airbnb itself is beautiful and perfect for a couple of days. The private beach access closes at 6pm which was inconvenient but that is my only complaint as we had to walk all the way around. It’s a good spot if you plan on visiting El Yunque and Fajardo. Safe area and people are really nice.

We wanted to stay on the eastern side of the island to be near the snorkeling trip that we had booked and this was the perfect spot! Liz’s place is literally minutes from the Snorkeling Puerto Rico meeting spot. It’s super clean and we loved sitting on the porch watching the boats come into the harbor.
