THE USE OF DRUGS IN COMMON AREAS OR ASKING ANYONE IN THE COMMUNITY ABOUT THEM IS NOT ALLOWED. There is a security camera outside at the entrance

This cozy one room studio sits on the 18th floor of the building, counts with a fully equipped kitchen, living space and a balcony. There is a laundry on the first floor and the parking works first in first serve. The guests will have access to a swimming pool , basketball and tennis court and access to the a small beach.
