Large free parking area right across the street. Wi-Fi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bed linens or towels are not included, can be rented for SEK 100/person. Our nice guest house on cozy Södra Näs. Here you live in 37 sqm with high standard between Träslövsläge and Apelviken. You can walk in a few minutes to several beaches or restaurants. You can see the beautiful blue sea, from the kitchen table. The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking everyday or for a party. In addition to a toilet, shower and sink, the bathroom also has a combined washer and dryer. Patio with tables, chairs and the possibility to barbecue.

Welcome to Bua! A tiny house with a nice atmosphere, what we in Sweden call an "Attefallshus". Its 25 square metre, with a sleeping loft. Only 600m to the sea and just 100m to a small forest with nice walks. Bua is a small fishing village at the west coast of Sweden, close to Gothenburg (65km), Kungsbacka (38km) Varberg (25km) & the famous shopping place GeKås Ullared (50km). Forest paradise right by Älvasjön.

Surrounded by beautiful forest, hiking trails and vineyards, this idyllic cottage is a cottage. With a distance of just under 800 meters, you can reach Ästad winery, which also has a fantastic spa and restaurant. 40 meters from the cottage, you will find a swimming area with a jetty. A couple of kilometers from the cottage is Hiaklitten, a fantastic hiking trail. But it is just as good to hike around the fantastic lake next to the cottage.

Our place is close to a nice view of the sea. You'll love our place because of the views, the location and the atmosphere. Toppstugan is about 7 km from Falkenberg's center and about 600 meters from a lovely sandy beach that you will surely like. New for 2023 is that we have fenced in the large terrace so that dogs can avoid being on a leash.

Gästhuset har dubbelsäng 180 cm. På sov-loftet finns en liten dubbelsäng 140 cm och en spädbarnssäng. Liten dusch och toa. The cottage has a private location in the garden with no traffic. 5min from highway E6, 5km to the center of Varberg, 25min to Ullared. Kitchen (built June 2016) Bathroom (built June 2017) is available in the cottage. Barbeque grill is available. The cottage is equipped with aircondition.
