Heated pool, sauna and patio in southwest location and walking distance (900m) to the sea and Haverdal's nature reserve. Electric car charger. Glassed-in sunroom with space for 10-12 people. Walking/biking distance to golf and paddle courts as well as to the beach in Vilshärad, Frösakull and Tylösand. Amenities such as WiFi, microwave, dishwasher, TV and Sonos music system. NOTE, we only rent to families and people over 25 years of age.

Right in front is a nice and quiet sandy beach that is popular for families with children as well as surfers, a short walk north a small fishing harbor, bike trails and beautiful nature. The house is located just north of Falkenberg and south of Varberg with close proximity to excellent food destinations, excursions, golf, etc.

Longbeach Life is located between Skrea and Tylösand at Kattegatt and is only 250 meters to our beach Långasand. Our plot is surrounded by sea views and nature reserves and our garden is generously surrounded with many spaces to socialize and create memories. There is access to a pool, spa bath, infrared sauna, cold bath, fireplace and outdoor room in the garden.
