We had a great stay at Alan’s place. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Alan was very proactive and friendly with his communication. Overall we had a lovely stay!

We had a weekend getaway, and staying at Abraham’s place was perfect. Abraham was responsive, attentive, and friendly. When we needed some paper towels, he provided them within minutes.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. My only regret is that I only spent a short night there. The bed and bedding package were so comfortable that I wish I could’ve slept in. Unfortunately I had to hit the road very early in the morning. The space was wonderful and quiet and cozy.

Todd was super friendly and always very responsive. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The apartment is tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our month long stay. The property is also extremely beautiful! Overall an amazing stay and would 100% recommend!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Alan was extremely friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area visiting.

We had the pleasure of staying at one of Alan’s rentals before, and once again, it did not disappoint! The property was just as described and perfectly located within walking distance to a variety of charming local restaurants and a movie theater. Our room was cozy, stocked with all the essentials—shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even extra toothbrushes for that unexpected moment you might need them! Not to mention, the coffee and tea to kickstart our mornings. Alan’s communication was top-notch. He provided easy-to-follow instructions for accessing the property with a keypad, along with detailed guidance on getting into our room and navigating the exterior doors. I can’t recommend this listing enough! Thank you, Alan, for another fantastic experience!

Alan & Pam were so amazing from the start. They also provided a guide on their favorite eats around Vista and the place was perfect. I loved the idea of having a gated parking lot, it made my stay more enjoyable knowing that my vehicle was going to be safe at night. The place was spotless and it felt like home. Definitely would come back here to stay when we come back down to San Diego!

Good communication, host has been very responsive. My guests loved the place, and it worked well with the composition of the group (my nephew, the youngest member of the group at 39, had no issues with the room with the bunkbeds). Overall, very good value, certainly given the excellent location (beach and pier, restaurants, Thursday's night market) all are on short walking distance. In terms of maintenance some parts of the house felt a bit neglected, in particular the front door with peeling paint and the rooftop seating, which has a somewhat 'barren' appearance.

Deyao’s place was great. Location is wonderful and is about a 8-10 min drive from the pier. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with walking distance to a big park 2 houses down. My dog enjoyed his morning walks. Plenty of kids playing in the playground, basketball courts, and tennis courts. The home itself is a duplex and is shared with tenant. They are very respectful and the Gentleman that we met gave us some really good recommendations. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the day bed in the living room was cozy, the kitchen had everything we could need (organized and labeled) and the bed felt like it was from a hotel. I liked how you the home had 3 different entrances so you could still have your “side” of the lot to enjoy. Would recommend this place to stay at if you are in Oceanside. Thank you Deyao! (Try the Cali burrito from La Perla Tapatia if you want amazing authentic Mexican food down the street)

Great stay overall. Lisa was very friendly. We arrived 1.5 hours early while the house was still being cleaned, and she let us wait at the pool. I had left my glasses behind and she is arranging for them to be mailed to me. The pool is perfect for our 2 young kids given the large shallow area. The house is spacious and has everything we needed. It is a short ride to many wineries, and within 10 minute drive to stores. Everything was cleaned before we checked in and in great working order. Would definitely stay here again!

Large and spacious property for a weekend stay. Nicole and Kathryn were quick to respond to any questions and were very accommodating for my requests. My friends and I had a great time and would love to stay again next time we are in the area!

Staying at the Welk was a magical experience for my family and I would highly recommend. We had a blast using Al amenities from fishing , working out , swimming with slides , hot tubs , pickleball and the list goes on and on . The surroundings were beautiful be prepared to take some great pics. People working at this establishment were very helpful and a guy by the name of “Levin” went out of his way to ensure kids were having a great time. The place was wonderful comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, fabulous view and getting around was easy. I will definitely be back ! Thanks Joyce for making. Our stay memorable!

This was easily the best Airbnb I've stayed at! Such a beautiful apartment and the view was breathtaking. My family and I enjoyed cooking in this well-equipped kitchen, watching movies on the largest TV I've ever seen, relaxing in the hot tub on the roof, and talking walks along the beach. I would highly recommend this host, thank you for a lovely getaway :)

Our second stay here was Wonderful! So close to the beach and downtown Oceanside! Also, a fully stocked garage full of bikes, water toys and everything you could ever need.

This was such an ideal spot for our family trip to Carlsbad over the extended weekend. We had our baby with us and 4 adults. We utilized the parking spot. The outdoor storage was filled with all the essential beach needs. The pool was a bit cold for May, but we did see some older kids enjoying it while we were there. It was steps away from the village and the train stop which is why we picked it to head to the city to see friends via the coaster. And with the beach entrance being on Pine it was soooo easy to head to the beach and even pop back to the Airbnb for naps or the bathroom. We also utilized the private outdoor patio for dinner one night. The kitchen was fully stocked although we didn’t cook. And everything was clean. We def want to stay here again. Oh, and it would be a great spot for handicap accessibility

I cannot say enough about Leslie and Kaylie. Absolutely everything was perfect. Every I was dotted and t was crossed. Communication with them was amazing. The home was beautiful. The location perfect. The food in the area was fabulous. If they will have me back I am totally in! Thank you Leslie and Kaylie for an amazing stay your kindness and your hospitality! Semper Fi! Great stay, we had a wedding near by 7min away! We used it to get ready and sleep. The views are incredible, you could see the house from the wedding. We did have a hard time finding the place the closer we got there, due to the narrow streets and small signs. Drive slow and keep an eye out. The host did a great job responding, 10/10 would stay again.

Wonderful spot! So clean and exactly like the pictures. Jacqueline was very quick to respond and provided detailed instructions. We were able to enjoy the hot tub, and the place is within walking distance to the beach and a great breakfast spot. Great stay!!

AMAZING WEEKEND GETAWAY! Already looking into booking another weekend ASAP. Janine was so sweet and responsive. The home was clean and comfortable. Nothing beats the rooftop deck. Great location to walk to beach, restaurants and breweries. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Thank you so much for having us! We will be booking again soon!
