The apartment is well stocked with everything you would need for a getaway.

This is a fully-furnished Apartment (En-Suite) located at 63 Pleasant Street. This apartment features a living room area (with 4k OLED TV), bedroom w/ extra long queen bed, a pull out murphy bed, and a pull out couch bed. Kitchen: coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, etc. Single bathroom. This unit is found in a neighborhood called 'Ship Captains Row" which is located in walking distance from both Main St, Hyannis as well as Hyannis Harbor. We also have on site parking for at least 2 cars.

It's been newly renovated and is walking distance to several restaurants, shops, historic landmarks and a 2 minute drive to the famous boardwalk beach. Infants not walking and children over the age of five are welcome. Kayaks, bikes, paddle boards can be rented locally. Good Bike and Walking Trails nearby. Falmouth and Woods Hole charming centers are within 20-30 minutes. Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard is in Woods Hole.

Short walk to the beach (1/4 mile), Fort Rodman and Fort Taber where there is a military museum and a walking/bike path. Flexible Check-in, so you can arrive when convenient for you (as early as 9AM). No Guests or parties.

We have a large fenced in yard for your dog to play in and for you to relax in with your dog.
