Holiday rentals with a fire pit in False Creek

As described by Jamie and by other reviews. Lovely place to stay. having the back deck area, view to sea was lovely. well appointed 1 bdrm. Bedrm v quiet and bed v comfortable. Loved that linens and more covers easily at hand. Loved that there was milk in fridge for coffee( we ran late and couldnt stop at store). We did not hear any noise from above we did hear the shipyard activity, but like one of the reviews said, was background white noise. is a good long walk to Sea bus. we drove, left our car there. was terrific to stay in N Vanc and ‘commute’ to Vcr. super easy. Staying in N Vcr made it easier to drive to Horseshoe Bay after our stay and catch a ferry to Sunshine Coast. did not have to deal w any traffic. all in all a great stay. Might have preferred staying closer to sea bus terminal, away from shipyards, but loved the ambience os the back yard and that it was a 1 bedroom not studio. also had a huge beautiful green hedge in front. love the greenery

My husband & I had a lovely stay at Edward's place. My brother & his wife were able to join us for a night and it was an easy walk to our daughter's condo. Great neighbourhood to walk around with lots of heritage homes & close to shops as well. We will definitely book there again when we're in town.

Amits place was super clean. Amenities were great, all very modern appliances and steam shower. They had a pack and play and baby tub for us to use as well. Very walkable to some great places on Fraser Street and in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to parks and playgrounds. Very good access to many areas of Vancouver perfect spot to drive to explore all corners of the city.

We stayed for a week and we loved it! Beautiful space, super comfortable, new, fresh and clean, plenty of seating areas [and all were comfortable to lounge and chill or have a meal], kitchen was fully equipped, lots of windows all throughout the house and natural light, it was great! great outdoor space to enjoy the sun or BBQ. Laura was wonderful and super helpful. we will be back!

The private deck was great. Lots of good places to eat in Gibsons and a little further away in Sechelt. Overall a nice, relaxing stay.

Jeff and his wife are exceptionall hosts. They went above and beyond our expectations. They are very friendly and accommodating, and the place was perfect! Clean, comfortable, cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. They definitely earned 5 stars, but deserve way more!! We highly recommend this place!! 😊

Super responsive communication from the host. Home was very much as described in the photos - and we were pleased and comfortable here. The interior garden area is really peaceful. Will look forward to staying again.

Wonderful place for a getaway! This is a beautiful property with a stunning view of the water. We enjoyed that it was about about 30 minutes from Bellingham which has so many fantastic restaurants. It was very clean, well stocked, and great communication with the host! We would definitely return here.

I'm a woman traveling solo with her service dog, so I'm the kind of traveler who often has to stress and worry about finding accessible accommodations. I'm so lucky I found this spot, it's gorgeous, safe, and 100% walkable area. Her place was so amazing, I booked it again for another stay before I head out of Canada to my next spot in Spain. I'm simply blown away by this host's kindness and friendliness! I even asked them today if they were an angel in disguise. ;-)

The apartment was very clean and Brian, the host, is very helpful and friendly with his responses. The instructions to check in and enter are very clear and we always felt safe and comfortable during our stay. The parking was a little tricky to figure out on arrival, but we had no problems otherwise. The apartment gets lots of direct sunlight and has a good view of the surrounding area. The other tenants were also friendly inviting my girlfriend and I to a BBQ. The first of two nights we stayed we were woken up by a train passing by at 4am, but no trains were heard the second night, besides that no other complaints.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great accommodation and a good location with lots to do in the immediate area.

We had a wonderful time here! The location is great: right by a subway station, close to the waterfront walking path, and tons of great restaurants! The townhouse was so spacious and we felt right at home. I would absolutely stay here again next time I come to Vancouver!

Zuzana’s place is charming and beautiful, situated in a stunning neighbourhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Zuzana herself is a charming and beautiful human, who took great care of us including meeting us when we arrived, leaving us some snacks to welcome us, was a great communicator and even found an item we left behind. There is no question we would stay at Zuzana’s place next time we’re in town for a few days. Thank you for your hospitality, Zuzana!

Beautiful home with all amenities! Comfy space.

The place was very easy to check in with a fob ready for me to use once I entered the unit. Very clean and organized with a beautiful view of grouse mountain and downtown Vancouver. I would definitely stay here again!! Oh yeah good free parking on east Cordova that is visible from the balcony.

We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend at The Cabin! Shana was a wonderful host and was extremely responsive with whatever questions I had. Her and her husband were so kind to greet us at the cabin and welcome us into their wonderful space! We really enjoyed cooking on the grill and spending time by the fire pit after spending the day exploring the island. It was definitely the reset my partner and I needed. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

My wife and I enjoyed staying at Scott's cabin. Just a block away from the marina which was excellent since we met up with friends for a 3 day trip who arrived by boat. The location is great and a short walk into town for coffee, great restaurants and shopping. The cabin was well equipped and extremely clean and comfortable. Scott's cabin would definitely be our first choice for another trip to Gibsons. Scott was very quick to respond to any of our questions and we found him to be very helpful and personable. We had a great stay with Tina! The cabin was exactly what we were after; a quiet retreat to read some books, feeling like we’re in the middle of nowhere/but able to pop into town for a coffee 10 mins away! The kitchen had all we needed for 3 nights of cooking and everything was clean and seemingly brand new/well looked after! We were really happy to find that the outdoor shower had good pressure and really hot water too! Would definitely recommend/visit again and thank you again Tina for being a great host!

We’ve been home for 2 weeks and I’m still thinking back to our stay at Wildwood. The perfect balance of off the grid but not sleeping in the dirt. Cabin was pristine, perfectly outfitted for 2 people. Reg kindly delivered fresh ground coffee when we went through our supply after a cozy, rainy morning in. Airbnb’s that are dog friendly can tend to be a little lax on the cleaning, this was not the case here. Super clean and fresh. In two nights we enjoyed the wood burning sauna, fire pit, and beach nearby plus great local food. Long story short - book it. Trust me. You need it.

I feel so refreshed after staying here and would absolutely recommend a visit to anyone who needs a break. The nature and peace of this home and location is everything. We saw so many amazing birds, I now understand the appeal of birding 😂. So many thoughtful touches and cute decor throughout the home. The views, the hot tub on the deck, heated bathroom floors, throw blankets, fireplaces, the fire pit in the yard etc. we really enjoyed just being here. Our host was the absolute best I have ever encountered. She thought of everything: welcoming snacks, the home was clean and a perfect temperature, she let us know about construction noise on one of our days gave us a discount for that day and a late checkout. We felt so taken care of. Thank you Eden and Allison Elizabeth!

This place was a gem! My partner and I share a birthday so we wanted a quiet place to relax it had everything and more! No detail was spared we couldn't have asked for anything else during our stay! Adorable community with pretty views, hot tub, hammock and fire pit were amazing. All the greenery outside and old growth trees were so relaxing too! PNW experience like no other! It was a lovely place to stay for a weekend! We'll be back for sure! Thank you!

I spent three days on the Sunshine Coast and stayed at this charming little Airbnb with my partner, and we were absolutely blown away. The place is super cute, cozy, and just a 10-minute drive from the ferry. Coralie is an incredibly kind and welcoming host who made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It was such a relief to leave Vancouver behind for a bit and reconnect with nature. Being surrounded by forest with a view of the ocean was truly something special. The cabin is small, but thoughtfully designed and perfectly laid out, everything you need is right there. What really made the experience magical was the sound of the nearby river. It created the most peaceful atmosphere and helped me completely unwind and sleep like a baby. Highly recommend this little heaven, I’m already dreaming of coming back.

We had an unforgettable stay at Blair & Christina's beautiful oceanfront cabana on Bowen Island. They were incredibly thoughtful and answered all our questions promptly. They even let us know when whales were passing by so we wouldn't miss out. We loved dining on the patio enjoying the stunning views. The fire table made for cozy, memorable evenings too. Don’t miss Pizza Friday at the nearby golf course! We’d book again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.
