Cozy house, well equipped Warm when we arrived, and ready to use if needed. Fun with the goats welcoming us, and bragging happily when they got high and " peeling". Sitting outside around the fire pit is always nice☺️ A nice place to come back to😊

We had a perfect stay. The house was so wonderful and the nature surrounding it .. amazing! Find yourself, get lost in the quiet and lonely mountains … we didn’t want to leave.

A very nice house! We were a total of five adults and five kids on a trip. The house has lots of dining areas, sofa nooks and bedrooms. Perfect with garden for play and relaxation. The local environment offered sea baths, hiking, nature experiences and fresh air. The kids were active in the local skate hall. Recommend both the place and the house to others.

The place has a personal touch and is lovely. The contact with Kirsti was open, friendly with quick answers - overall uncomplicated :) Another huge plus is the sharp knives in the kitchen.

We were very pleased with our stay at Inge's. The house is old and creaky, but the landlord has taken the time to decorate with charming details and fresh flowers. For us who grew up in the countryside, it brought back good memories to borrow a house in such beautiful rural surroundings. If you are not fond of animals and farm life, you may experience cows and fields as something close. But if you long to live in the countryside, this home is a great way to get close to everyday life in a special part of Norway.

Very special location, reasonably limited in terms of space, but great to spend a few days in the special castle. Especially when the weather is nice, you can also sit outside, unfortunately the weather was not enough with us.

We stayed in nights with my 2 teenage sons and my dog and it was very nice. Beautiful walks nearby. A nice place to relax at the end of our vacation. The hosts are very friendly. Note: Sheets are not included and are charged at 200 nok per person (I didn't see it on the listing).

Wow, what an incredible place! We were very sad to leave here. The house is so beautiful and comfortable, immaculate inside and supplied with everything you need. The location is idyllic: the steps from the road take you down through a beautiful garden (with its own herb garden) down to the house on the waterfront. The views and the tranquility are perfect. Absolutely stunning. Lovely helpful hosts too. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful week in the cottage and would definitely recommend it. You can explore a lot in the area or simply relax on site. The cottage has a wonderful terrace and you can look out over the water very nicely. We explored the fjord with our SUPs and saw seals.

Karina's little house is great, and the garden even better! We had a great time both young and old. Thank you for letting us rent

Great house in beautiful surroundings. Beautiful, idyllic Rasvåg and the rest of Hidra are well worth a visit. The house and the outdoor area were beyond all expectations. Fantastic with beds and boat included 😄🤩👍

We spent two wonderful weeks in Thore's house. The wonderful location, the very good equipment of the house, the magnificent view of the fjord made the days go by far too quickly. The house and surroundings are even nicer than the photos! The house is really equipped with everything you could think of, we didn't miss anything. And with the large panoramic window in the living room, a rain front is also appealing. We have fulfilled days of boating, hiking, fishing. Mushrooms, bathe, etc., spent. Thore's place is really highly recommended.

We had a nice and relaxing weekend at Lille Gjerstad. Cozy place and cozy cabin. Easy with parking outside and smooth check-in/check-out. We would gladly came back.

Perfect stay for our Christmas holiday! The house was decorated, beautiful, and very large. The kids couldn’t stay out of the pool and hot tub! Host was very very accommodating, and the location was breath taking! Id do it again in a heart beat :) very pleased.

Heidi offered that we could use the upstairs livingroom and kitchen. She called ahead of time and asked if we should use the hot tub. We responded yesand she had made it clear. Very welcoming and hospitable hostess was she. Would recommend.

Lovely house with lots of details and fine garden with a lot of tomatoes and herbs to pick from. Very quiet area. Slept well on fine beds. The kitchen had everything you might need. The cats were affectionate and very fun for the kids. Walked and went to the stand. Cold water though. Baked pizzas in the conservatory. Also used the hot tub.
