This flat is combination of two separete flats which are up and down and on the first and second floor. Their doors are in the building, and stairs aren’t inside. There are 20 steps to reach first floor. There is a nice private terrace with a fire-pit and a nice wooden table. Our wi-fi is limitless and has 100 mbps speed. The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

I do love that place. I found everything according to the pictures and I had everything I needed in my room and the kitchen for the two and a half months I was there. It has a great location, close to the mall, public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. I'm definitely coming back to Yusuf's place some time next year. Absolutely loved this place. It is on the 5th floor with no elevator, so if you are not for climbing stairs, this isn't your place. The staff did tote the luggage up and down. I personally wanted the exercise, and the view was worth it. I don't know that Istanbul offers a better view. Beware of the Galataport drop off. A LOT of stairs to get home even though it says .2-.3 mile walk. Every bit is stairs from the water. I would stay here again if visiting Istanbul
