It is not a converted cellar but a real dwelling dug into the hillside and inhabited for more than three centuries. Furnished while keeping the original materials as much as possible, it is a cozy and warm nest with a nice enclosed garden, close to amenities. Summer and winter the temperature is pleasant, with or without heating (very efficient) depending on the needs of the weather.

The studio is located in a farmhouse, at the end of our courtyard, it is composed of a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a toilet and a shower room.

The Cave of Moulin de la Motte Baudoin

Welcome to the Grotte du Moulin! This natural loft is embedded in a limestone mound and will surprise you with its irregularity. It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door. In the bedroom, you have a double bed (160 cm) and in the living room a single bed (90 cm) with a non-convertible sofa that can be used as a small bed.

The residence of les Caves Archées is situated in the village of Bourré within close proximity of Montrichard in the Cher Valley. The house and flat attached are perched on elevated grounds with a very beautiful view of the valley. The property is set amongst vineyards and forest above and a park below it. This position makes the location of the house a haven of peace and tranquillity.

Our cottage is an old 19th century barn. It consists of a single volume, with a mezzanine bedroom. Its decor seems a nod to the surrounding castles. We are located between Montrichard and Saint-Aignan , and you are about ten miles from Chenonceaux Castle and Beauval Zoo. (We do not provide bedding. Thank you for your understanding)
