Spacious 203 m² family home, located close to a great beach and Aarhus C. There are plenty of toys available as well as a spa making it a nice place for children and adults. Sleeping arrangements: 3 double beds (room 1,3,4) 1 single bed (room 2) 1 fold-out mattress that can fit two adults. Most of the house has been newly renovated. Bedreom 1 and 2 are not yet renovated, but are functional. Note: We have a cat who will be staying in the home. The cat needs to be fed during your stay.

Close to the beach and nature and a maximum 45-minute drive to Djurs Sommerland, Ree Park and the Kattegat Center. 1 km to shopping and 200 m to bus 12 and 16

Cozy new and bright house with a central location for city, nature and experiences. Garden and terrace with trampoline and wilderness bath on firewood. There is 1 bedroom as well as two children's rooms with box mattresses of 120x200 cm. There can be 7 people in the house if a child can sleep on a mattress. As of 8/1/2025, there will be a fee of DKK 300 for bed linen, sheets and towels. As of 8/1/2025, there will be a fee for using the wilderness bath, DKK 150 per stay.

From September 1, 2025, the house will have a wilderness spa In summer, there is a shared giant pool for adults and children. (May-Aug) The cottage has 3 nice rooms with lovely beds, 2 bathrooms, a really nice kitchen and a large living room with fireplace. The terrace is lovely and there are wind sails, so it is always windless.
