Holiday rentals with a patio in Kuala Lumpur

We had an amazing stay at the apartment! The place was beautiful, clean and conveniently located next to Sunway Velocity. The kids enjoyed the nice bunk bed too!

Hannah’s place was great. The kids LOVED the toys and the arcade game. Kitchen utensils were plentiful. Air conditioning worked great. Check in and out was very easy. Lalaport is connected to the building, With so many shops, cinema, cat cafe, go karting , roller skating to name a few. Plenty of food options aswell. We also used grab which was quick and easy and also convenient. You advise them to drop off at tower 1 table near lifts. Hannah was amazing she was VERY quick and responsive. I highley recommend Hannah’s apartment. You won’t be disappointed!

This was my second time in Elisa’s apartment and it more than lived up to the already high expectations after the first time. Everything was quite simply, great. Incredible location, very central with all major spots walking distance but also in a quants road. The facilities were outstanding with the infamous infinity pool—I also make good use of the gym on the 50th floor and the ping pong table on the lower levels. The apartment is the best one I’ve stayed in here. It’s a little more homey, nicely furnished, has a stunning view of Petronas towers from the bed and living rooms. It’s very clean, with really nice amenities, and to top it off, and amazing host in Elisa, who’s incredibly kind and always responsive. Highly recommend!

Even though a large family of 9 stayed, I didn't feel like it was small at all, and I had a really spacious and pleasant stay. The accommodation was very well managed, so it was really clean, and it was as comfortable as if it were in my house. The location is especially fantastic! Kuala Lumpur's famous Jalan Alor Night Market was right nearby, so it was perfect for enjoying delicious street food every night, and the Pavilion Shopping Mall was within walking distance, so it was really convenient for shopping. The kitchen was equipped with all kinds of cooking utensils and tableware, so it was also good for making a simple breakfast or snack. It was a big family trip, so I had to pay for food, but thanks to that, I was able to save a lot. If you're planning a family trip in Kuala Lumpur, we highly recommend this place! Everything was satisfactory, from the spacious and clean space, convenient location, to the perfect amenities. Thanks to you, I made memories of a fun family trip. Thank you to the host as well!

It was a nice and relaxing stay for the time we were there. The place was big enough for us, and we enjoyed spending time in the airbnb. The balcony had a great view for us to look at when it came to sitting around and hanging out.

Place is exactly as listed. Excellent location. At unit, all amenities work well with thoughtful additions like clothes dryer, and we had a very comfortable and homely stay. The kitchen is well equipped to make simple food. Beds comfy, fans and AC work well. Ours is an outlier experience but with our unexpected late check in , we had trouble finding the right tower for parking (interconnected towers, very confusing for first timers). Access to the unit from the parking spot is not intuitive and we were hopelessly lost and had to call host who did guide us. Best to take the help of caretaker, which we could not do as it was late and we felt awkward. Also to note that exiting the car park was tense through the narrow winding slope, esp if you have a big car. Not sure if you can do it often, we usually drive to KL and do cabs locally. Note that access to building & lift is only with card (guests get 2); (not intuitive for seniors who need to be accompanied always) .

The place was extremely clean, exactly like the pictures. Location is right in the city centre of all the popular malls! But driving will be a hassle because of the jam. Overall, the experience was very good. Entire apartment is very well maintained. If I were to come back, I’ll book this apartment again!

Suhanna's place is at the prime area and its so accessible to the main centres without much hassle. The house was perfect with a quiet neighbourhood. Will definitely come back again and recommend as well.

Afiq has been accommodating to our requests and needs around flexible guests and check in times and has reassured us that his place could host many guests especially as we're using it as a landing ground for our bridal party for our wedding day. Many amenities are provided including a large water dispenser, large fridge and freezer, and not to mention various spaces for guests to interact and relax. The porch is large enough to fit 3-4 cars depending on the size and if you're lucky a couple of street parking as well. Highly recommend this place if you have a larger crowd and are looking for a well furnished and fitted house.

Overall, I had a very satisfying experience with the Row team and Jessica. We rented this place for a non-commercial video shoot, and the team was very helpful in communicating with the house owner and keeping us updated throughout the process. I came across some comments mentioning that filming isn’t allowed at the property, but I don't think that’s entirely true. In my experience, mutual respect and clear communication—especially informing them in advance about the nature of the shoot and which areas will be featured—go a long way in getting consent and ensuring everything runs smoothly. From the start to the end of the stay, the property manager was very responsive and helpful. The unit itself was as advertised - very cosy, has the local charm and amenities as expected.

The Sam’s place is surrounded by many coffee places, restaurants just couple minutes of walking distance. It was great stay and Sam made it very comfortable and tried to adjust all the needs. Would return back once in KL.
