Our apartment is located in the Budapest historical dowtown, just inside of our boulevard on the north side.The building was built in 1889 and it is in nice condition now. The apartment has the highest quality in every details. Equipment: High speed Wifi, Samsung Smart SUHD"65"tv (Netflix,Youtube), Cable HD channels,Washing machine,Drying machine, Iron, Drying rack.High-end Air-conditioning system Kitchen: Microwave, Stove, Induction hot plate, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Nespresso coffee machine with free capsules, Water heater, Toaster, Cooking utensils, Cutlery, Plates, Glasses. Bathrooms: Hair Dryers, Towels, Liquid soap. Bedrooms: Cable TV, Samsung Smart"40"TV(Netflix,Youtube),High quality bed linen, Springbox comfort beds. We are open to fulfill special requests. When you arrive to the address I will be waiting for you at the main entrance of the building and helping you with your luggage. I will then explain the most important things about the apartment, the surroundings and the the city. I can also help you with transport from and to the airport or train station. I am on a 24hour duty when I have guests. During your stay you can contact me on phone, viber,whatsapp, messenger,anytime. Ha főzni szeretnél akkor pár lépés és a piacon találod magad ahol mindent be tudsz szerezni egy finom ebédhez vagy vacsorához. Ha családdal érkezel a gyermekek is kényelmesen elférnek a tágas külön bejárattal rendelkező szobában.

On the ground floor: living room with open kitchen, dining table and a sofa which opens into a double bed. The bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and a washing machine. The bedroom with a double bed is on the first floor. There is a (gas) fireplace, an air-conditioning and floor heating in the house. Tourist tax: 300 HUF/day/person (must be payed upon arrival)

The Villa is mediterran style, located in a nature reserve area. The Fáy Prés House Restaurant is 150 meters from the villa, 3 km from Hungaroring race track. View of Budapest and the mountains, which is beautiful day and night. The house has a 10-meter long swimming pool. Barbecue facilities are available in the garden. Own parking for 4 cars in the yard of the house. Horse riding and fishing are also nearby. The nearest supermarket and gas station are 1 km away.
