Gwen’s place was great!! Spacious with a very nice backyard with a pool. I wish we had more time to enjoy it!!

We loved our stay at this stunning modern home tucked away in the Santa Cruz hills. The house feels completely private and secluded, surrounded by nature, yet it’s only about 15 minutes from town and the beach — the best of both worlds. Everything was beautifully designed, high-end, and spotless. The pool was a highlight for my kids. Perfect spot to unwind and still be close to everything. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a lovely weekend with our family celebrating a birthday. The place was perfect for hosting 6 of us, walking to the beach and then driving up to Capitola and other towns very close by for celebration dinners. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend others to consider for a beach getaway.

This was an extremely successful first Air bnb experience for us. Considering the location and town of Felton, we were unsure what to expect of the area and how rural/coastal mountain it might be. It is just barely off the main road, and truly a tucked away tropical oasis. So dreamy, feels like you are in a retro mid-mod heaven! It was even better than the photos. It was a little different staying in someone else's primary residence, but it was absolutely lovely and we plan to rebook the next time we are here visiting family. Honestly the biggest complaint is that it is someone's primary residence, so limited opportunities to return. Jessica was very communicative and thoughtful, even advising us and reaching out when a nearby fire compromised the most convenient highway route. The hot tub was lovely, my daughter loved the pool. The beds were deliciously comfortable and left us very well rested during an otherwise exhausting wedding celebration weekend at a nearby venue.

The house was great for our family stay. Lots of space, all on one level, and beautiful outdoor space. We travelled with our kids and they had a great time in the pool :) Note there is extra cost if you want the pool to be heated. Thanks for a great stay!

A lovely little cabin in the rustic Lompico hills just outside of Felton. The open floor plan makes the cabin feel very roomy, and the bright interior, together with lots of natural light, makes the place feel very cheery and welcoming. The property sits on a half-acre of gently sloping land ringed by redwoods, it's gorgeous and peaceful. Our dog loved roaming, sniffing around and playing fetch with the tennis balls left by the host. Getting there is quite easy, just follow the host's directions...the narrow mountain road might seem a little daunting at first, but we got the hang of it quickly. About 5 minutes down the road is the Zayante general store for necessities and Felton proper is about 10 minutes away. Loch Lomond is also about 10 minutes away. Lompico is a beautiful area with a cool history (look it up!) and the perfect place to unwind. Thanks for having us!

As mentioned by others, the place is super comfortable, has a lot of amenities and is super close to the boardwalk and the downtown area. However, what really stood out to us was the host’s hospitality. They were super accommodating when we mentioned we’d be getting to Santa Cruz a little early and if we could use the bikes to go cruise around in the meantime. We only stayed for one night, but were able to enjoy a full day of fun because of that. We rode to Brommer park, played pickleball, went back to check in, headed out to eat, walked around and then went back to enjoy the spa and ping pong table. The whole house was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Definitely recommend David’s place.

Once again- totally amazing! Hopefully we are able to rent it again next year!

Great place. Beautiful, peaceful, close to everything.

The condo is very clean. The interior is as shown in the pictures. The location is nice and is close to Apple's headquarter. We also had a nice dinner at BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse, located near the house.

Evan's place provides the best views of the ocean and is located close to multiple beach waves points. The electric bikes made for great fun, as we rode all over town. It was a great place, for a great price. A true million dollar view, especially from the decks. Highly recommend to people of all ages.

We were traveling with my mom, Aunt and 1 year old son for my little cousin's wedding. Jenny's place was beautiful. Absolutely loved sitting in the living room, enjoying the view and sunlight. We had to move some things to make it better for our son but he absolutely loved exploring the new house. The neighborhood was quiet and we even did a couple of mini walks. It was close enough to everything we needed. I even got to try the standing bath! Always wanted to try one. We hope to come back once day!

The house was perfect. The kitchen is beautiful and especially great for someone who loves to cook. There were a lot of appliances that were great to have access to. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of towels and nice options for shampoo and conditioner as well as body wash. The backyard was beautiful and fun to hang out in! Especially appreciated the fast response time with any questions we had (which were few because the info in the binder covered most all of what we needed!)

The sound of the creek flowing water was a treat. The redwood trees in the yard are impressive. The kitchen worked well for Thanksgiving meal prep and enjoyed the big kitchen table. Great combination of a restored home with modern upgrades. Extremely clean and well equipped. Jenni communicates well and provided great recommendations. We are very thankful to have the opportunity to stay at this house.

We loved our stay! The location was ideal for us, just a few minutes from a beautiful redwoods park and a short drive to the coast. This part of California is tucked away from the busy crowds of the Bay Area and feels remote. The Loma Mar outpost offers basic provisions and a restaurant a few minutes from the house, and Pescadero has a strip of shops and restaurants about ten minutes away. The house is lovely and comfortable, very peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay with our extended family! The space was clean and relaxing, felt like your own peaceful getaway on the middle of the redwoods. The place was also just a five minute drive from Felton, plenty of restaurants, grocery options etc… and it’s right next to Roaring Camp, which our kids loved. About 20-25 min away from downtown Santa Cruz as well. Great location, beautiful space!

A group of us were in town for a wedding and Jeff’s place was absolutely lovely. The room in the shed in the back, which we affectionately referred to as the “rave cave” was very cool with the LED lighting. The grill was perfect for our Friday night bbq dinner and we loved having an option for an outdoor shower!

Alex and Nuby’s home is just as described. It is clean and has all the amenities we needed. Loved the hot tub! Their home is comfortably furnished, surrounded by serene, beautiful outdoor areas. We rented all 3 bedrooms and had plenty of seating for our family; there are also smaller seating areas for couples. We would prefer to visit in the summer, when it’s warmer to enjoy the pool!

This is a beautiful and comfortable home/location. It is a bit remote, so bring everything you need. We enjoyed the large kitchen, fireplace, comfortable beds and jacuzzi. The fog added an extra element to the redwoods. Our only wish was that the house was better stocked with essentials. We found the area to be very peaceful and would consider returning in the future.
