Holiday rentals with a patio in Fengshan District

The apartment was even bigger than it looked it the pictures, beautifully decorated and very clean. The host was very responsive and friendly, giving clear instructions with pictures on how to arrive. The locations is great right next to the station. Highly recommend!

Great home and location. Shopping, large variety of quality restaurants, and movie theatres within a short walk. MRT and bike rentals so close too, within a few minutes walk. Home was clean and all of the amenities worked well. Host was courteous and responded well to arrange for check in and to our request for a mosquito zapper (which worked well). The only concern of this place was indeed the mosquitos which were mainly in the outer common area (hallway and next to elevators and rubbish area), a few of which occasionally got into the home. I don't consider the host responsible for the mosquitos, but I'd feel remiss if I didn't mention it for future visitors awareness. The mosquito problem was not enough of a concern to deduct a star from this otherwise very fine 5-star (out of 5) home. Was so happy to have found this great value and fine host who communicated well and arranged for a lovely and comfortable place to stay in this ideal San Duo Shopping District location.

Located within a walking distance from Kaohsiung Arena station, the communication was pleasant and smooth. Have a great time! Recommended!

Nice area that is close to the HSR and MRT station. A very quiet neighbourhood.

This place was perfect for what we needed. Spacious, convenient, easily accessible and a super relaxed neighborhood. Also automobile friendly if you’re driving. Overall a great deal for the price and very clean. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

民宿與照片大致上都相同 並未有太大差異 隱蔽性很高，前往的客人需要找一下 但附近住戶很熱心有不斷提點告知位置 且房東會提供精準的路線圖可參考 從車站前往約10～15分，下車到住宿便利性還是蠻高 住房都蠻乾淨且整齊，我們都很喜歡 且提供了一個車位方便我們能夠停放車輛

有點遠 但合適的民宿

謝謝房東配合我們較晚入住，提供了良好的接待，房間整體風格非常舒適、美好，且有小浴缸泡澡，距離夜市只要步行3分鐘，簡直太完美了！

房間空間很大，乾淨舒適。 整體來說CP值很高，價格不貴、空間很大又舒適，值得推薦。

自助入住，方便且靈活性高；電冰箱內有各種免費飲料，自助區有小零食，還有方便麵(可能是之前房客留下的)；門口可以停一輛車，方便自駕遊的朋友。

室內環境非常好👍🏻真的跟圖片中一模一樣，設備齊全，所有家具都很新。房東非常親切，問問題都會即時回覆，也很樂意介紹台南的景點。價格與環境都令人滿意，整體而言是非常值得住的Airbnb!

房東非常nice，入住前就給予很多協助，住房期間也很細心地提醒小細節，讓我們住得很舒適自在。 房子是由老屋改建，但裝修如新，可以感受到房東的巧思和維護的細心。 位置也很好，位在蝸牛巷的其中一個巷口，幾步路就可以吃到小豪洲沙茶爐，步行可達國華街、海安路，離公車站也不遠。 房東一直強調隔壁是酒吧，怕影響睡眠可以戴耳塞，但其實音量很小不太影響 我們很喜歡老屋，下次一定會再入住！

Host is friendly and responsive. The instructions is very clear and the check-in is very smooth. The room is clean slightly smaller than expected but still comfortable and able to fit large luggage easily. The room near famous attractions and the train station. Highly recommend!
