This quaint, early 1900's farm house sits among shady trees and overlooks a beautiful pasture and garden. Rock on the porch or roast marshmallows in the fire pit. This little tree house is primitive with no electricity and no water but has a bath house nearby. This is tent camping in a tree house. Located behind the historic R.M. Brooks Store, it is the perfect place to find peace and beauty . Perfect for hikers. Rest in the huge branches of this nearly 100 year old Oak Tree. A Queen bed awaits you for your restful nights sleep. Underneath you can picnic at the table or swing in the swing that hangs below. This is the perfect place to unplug.

Cabin is between Jamestown & Oneida, in Big South Fork, with numerous trailheads & hiking nearby.

This is a very private cottage located in the trees with a view of a beautiful private pond. You will have a large deck that faces the pond, private parking, complete kitchen facilities, washer and dryer, and a large bathroom. You won’t find a more peaceful & serene setting. The pond is stocked with 4 types of fish, so bring your gear. You can watch the hawks, ducks maybe even some deer. Everything you need is provided whether you stay a night or a week.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this quiet spot in nature. 15 minutes to Pickett Park or Twin Arches. Local winery in town is about 10 minutes away. We are about 8 minutes from Walmart and downtown Jamestown. Alvin York Park is about 20 minutes away. South Fork National Park is about 20 minutes away. Pogue Creek State Natural Area is about 10 minutes away. We do have chicken's and bee's. We do sell eggs to our guests at discounted price.
