Wonderful place. Clean, well equipped. Good location. Secure parking. Very little noise. Great TV. Really good internet. Responsive and friendly hosts. Nothing but good. In fact, perfect. I extended by stay after the first night I was so happy.

A great place to stay for a short or long time. For a long time it would be better to have more facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. It has a small stove and a square heladerita. Both could be bigger for a more comfortable long stay (minimum 2 burners and a bigger fridge), although my partner and I stayed for an entire month and it was quite good, somehow we managed to fit everything in the mini fridge jajaj. Good place, near Mariscal Lopez Avenue where you take any collective to go to Asunción or wherever. It is close to 2 Biggies (minisupermercados 24 hs), the Shopping Pinedo (where there is a supermarket Areté), near the Ciclovía de San Lorenzo, which became super cute, is spacious, very green. And also close to the campus of the National University of Asunción. The room is comfortable, the bed and pillows are comfortable. In the house they facilitate washing and dry clothes with the sun.

The place is super spacious, clean, private and safe. It has everything you could possibly need. There are markets nearby and home deliveries are easily available. The hosts are wonderful, we shared a barbecue and they gave us Paraguayan soup to try. I would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful experience at this home. We went with a group of friends and the house is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for enjoying a relaxing stay! The neighborhood is quiet and has several nearby services, such as supermarkets and service stations, which makes it very convenient. What really stands out is the host's attention and willingness, always ready to help and ensure that your stay is perfect. Without a doubt, an excellent option for those looking for comfort and good service!

With my family we were very grateful for the hospitality and human warmth of Elba and his family who were very attentive to our needs during the stay. It is a very welcoming and enjoyable home that would undoubtedly return to that same home. Thank you very much for everything. The apartment was very clean, says my girlfriend and she understands about it. Furnishings were good, everything you need was there. Zone safe and grocery stores nearby.

Salomón, Betty and their ‘niña’ Lupe were very friendly, pleasant even cheerful. They made me feel comfortable from day one. The ‘casita’ was exactly as described, clean and tidy, in a safe location, complete with everything it was needed for someone’s staying. It can be accessed by an independent entrance. I was feeling safe, at peace and comfortable; had a great sleep, waking up to a beautiful ‘concert’ as lots of birds were chirping -singing- every morning. I do highly recommend staying at Zulema’s CASITA

The place is impeccable, I loved it and would definitely come back. Everything was super cute and well taken care of. However, the landlady was not very friendly, did not give clear instructions and did not respond to messages. Despite that, the overall experience was good.

The place is exactly what is posted. Very quiet street and close to a shopping mall very good to eat. The SND is a walking distance away. Leyla and her family are very helpful. All favorable. Thank you so much to allow me to host.

It was a seamless stay. Nice apartment in a quiet nice area, not far from a mall. There were a few small issues, but Glen's staff quickly remedied it. He's a really nice guy, and made me feel welcomed I would stay again.

After many lodgings in Asunción, this is certainly the best of all, his furniture is of great quality, mattress, TV etc ... as usually the rental apartments no one is usually spent on that kind of thing.

Excellent apartment, it is well designed and decorated with very good quality. It includes all the services it offers. As for the cleanliness, it's impeccable. A very nice balcony with a large grill included, wide views in the windows of all the rooms. Very spacious garage and has a trunk. Highly recommended. I'd come back without thinking. Excellent experience. I recommend 100% this accommodation for those who want to spend a few days in the capital of Paraguay since it has all the facilities, in addition to being safe and very well located. Self check-in is a highly valued advantage. I would wash it with great taste again.
