Composed of 4 large en-suites (two on the upper floor and two on the ground floor), and a service en-suite (which can be used). In addition to a large living room / open kitchen, there is a half bath, outdoor gourmet area with barbecue, cooktop, dining table for 10 people, round social table for 6 people, an excellent swimming pool and a Jacuzzi, as well as an outdoor bathroom. 700 meters from Rua das Pedras.
