Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will find peace and quiet here, the beautiful countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space located in a small village in Nièvre. All amenities 8 km away (La Machine) and 30 minutes from the Nevers Magny-Cours circuit. Close to Morvan and its beautiful landscapes. Accommodation including an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster...) Fully enclosed land located at the rear of the house. Playground and pétanque court 50 m away... Come and recharge your batteries in this little haven of peace.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Chez Alexandra & Simba

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

Here, you can enjoy the stunning sunset every evening from the terrace and watch the cows roaming freely in the adjacent pasture. Inside, you will find all the comfort you need, and in the winter, you can warm up by the wood stove. In the surrounding area, you can take wonderful walks.

Relaxation area with sauna, jacuzzi and rowing machine. Optional, bedroom in an old hay attic (2 pers.) with shower and toilet. (No kitchenette) but electric hobs and gas BBQ available with pots, pans, plates … Hikes from the house, games (balls, ping pong, badminton) and bike rental.

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Small house near Morvan

Small pleasant house with great views and large terrace in small Bourguignon village, 30 minutes from Vézelay and 45 minutes from Nevers. Relaxing setting, many walking paths. Shops 2 km away. Note that the accommodation is located upstairs and does not have land but has a pleasant and spacious terrace.

Charming house in the countryside

Relax in this entire new house with its small terrace in the heart of the countryside. The first shops are 7 km away. Possibility of walks around with a small stream that passes down the road. The Canal du Nivernais as well as the Loire and its canoe rides are nearby, in Decize.

Studio among horses

Studio, equipped with micro kitchenette, but not able to cook yourself. You can also bring your horse. Don't hesitate to contact us for any inquiries, we will be happy to host you! For experienced riders, we also offer horseback rides to discover the surroundings.
