Very nice stay, close to all attractions and clean

Everything is great, Youssef, who does the housekeeper, extremely attentive and with good recommendations. The riad has a spectacular charm, it's pure immersion. The breakfast we had the opportunity to enjoy was also very good. Youssef gave us a hand looking for a guide for the visit (the topic of the guide is to talk apart because it is not really tied to the accommodation). To put a hit, the riad's patio is covered with a plastic cover, the first night was quite windy, and it made noise, but nothing that accumulated sleep to visit Fes don't fix :D You can park nearby, and then with a couple of simple directions (to be the Medina of Fès) you are ready to start your exploration. The kids really enjoyed the stay. We would definitely repeat.

Highly recommended. This was my second stay at the apartment. As before, the communication with Hassan was perfect. He responds quickly and is ready with any help needed. Hassan met me and guided me to the apartment. Bernard showed me nearby restaurants and sights on a map. The apartment is large, peaceful and beautifully decorated, with a good kitchen, an excellent shower and a lovely private terrace- a good place to unwind after a busy day. A great base from which to explore this incredible city.

Buchra was amazing!!! She really took care of us-prepared a beautiful breakfast. It’s an authentic Moroccan home with lovely tile work everywhere. Plenty of unique spaces to please everyone. Stairway is steep and narrow but worth the climb. Would definitely return!

Wonderful location. Many facilities for the reception in a city as peculiar as the medina of Fez. Very good, Sean and Hanae. If we return to Fez, we will return to this house.

One of the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed in, tastefully decorated and with personality. A unique place full of charm on the edge of the medina and yet extremely peaceful. The garden and pool are beautiful, not overlooked and surrounded by lemon trees. The exchanges were very fluid with Amélie and Philippe, the owners. We received such a warm welcome from Sanae and her husband, a lovely host full of little touches. We had great discussions with her that allowed us to better understand Morocco and Moroccan culture. If you stay there, absolutely enjoy Sanae's cuisine, generous, authentic and made with a lot of love. Nothing to do with the restaurants in the medina. Probably the best meals we ate during our 15-day trip to Morocco. This stay in the riad was a highlight of our road trip. Thank you again! An experience not to be missed if you are in Fez, really.

Staying at Ian’s place was a truly wonderful experience. The house is full of charm, perfectly located in the heart of the Medina, and feels like home the moment you arrive. Ian is a fantastic host warm, attentive, and also a great chef! He made us breakfast and shared stories that added real depth to our stay. We used their guidebook to book a full-day tour in and around the Medina -one of the best parts of our trip. Personal tip: Since the house is deep inside the Medina, it’s easy to get lost in the maze. I highly recommend using their suggested guide. We went with Redha (hope I spelled that right!) and he was amazing , knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommended ⭐️

This is a wonderful place in a great location in lovely Fes. Mohammed is a responsive and helpful host. He arranged a decent parking for us and met us at a convenient location to help us find it - not an easy task in this kind of setting. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace for breakfasts.

Very nice apartment and very functional. Nabila is also very kind and very caring. There is air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and it is really nice in case of hot weather. There is even a master suite, i.e. a bedroom with a bathroom and toilet. Of course, there is also another bathroom with toilets in the apartment. I'm pointing this out because when I booked the apartment and read some people's comments, it says that the problem is going through the bedroom to get to the bathroom or toilet. It's incredible that customers don't specify that there's another independent bathroom with toilets. So, we'll have to go back to school and learn to count on our fingers, because that means 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. LOL. Thank you Nabila for the fruits and dried fruits when we arrive in the apartment. A small bottle of water in the fridge would also be welcome.

Ghita is easily the best host I’ve had in Airbnb! My family and I came to Fes and I would have given her 10 stars if I could!! My mom found her place so nice and clean while she is usually a bit picky! Lubna was an amazing host who put a great deal of care into both the place and her guests' comfort. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very quiet. It truly felt like a home away from home. If you ever need accommodation in Fes and find her place available, don't hesitate to book it. You won't be disappointed.

Spacious apartment, with all the necessary amenities, very convenient washing machine when you come with children, ground floor so great for access to the pool. Close to the crossroads, bakery, café... Medina accessible by car/taxi in 20 minutes. Quiet neighborhood, guard at the entrance. The pool is a real plus. Wonderful stay! Spacious apartment with multiple rooms, very clean, had everything listed, functional kitchen and bathroom, new laundry machine and lots of spaces to hang clothes. We were surprised by the great view of lawn from the living room, where we saw sheep grazing one morning while having breakfast! About 20-minute drive to city centre, good local food and neighbourhood, great value for money! Highly recommend!
