Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Fiera, Milan

Everything was wonderful! The patio terrace was so nice to have a covered place to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. It was very peaceful and quiet. The room darkened shades were perfect. Everything was new and updated and clean. It was super close the Alliance Mico convention center. And just an e-bike ride from everything else

Katia was an fantastic host. Quick and very helpful communication, suggestions and assistance. We rented a car and there are several parking lots close by plus paid street parking if you can find a spot. Train station to the Duomo only an 8 min walk and a great little supermarket is around the corner. Overall, a great stay and highly recommend. Will stay again if back in that area.

We had nice days. The studio is very clean and equipped with every comfort. Within 10 minutes you are at a metro station, so we were able to discover Milan! Mirella is a nice host and there were many tips in the studio for nice restaurants.

A really modern and spacious apartment with top end fixtures and fittings. Good size bedrooms and very comfy beds and lovely modern bathrooms with large showers. Very safe neighbourhood and great for walking to the exhibition centre where we were working but Metro link just around the corner. Great to have a decent supermarket right next door (literally). Our only gripes were the lack of sun in the outside spaces which were dark and shaded by upper floors and a lot of noise from early on coming from renovation project next door but no fault of Michele’s. Altogether a great place to stay.

Lovely place, the host very kind and friendly, offering many recommendations including things to do with kids. The place is near a supermarket and restaurants, near the park and places to visit during your stay. I definitely recommend it.

From the beginning, Amine answered our questions regarding the accommodation. The place is better than what the photos show. We really enjoyed the stay because the kitchen was complete and it has good spaces. The place is very clean. We loved that it had private parking because we didn't want to leave the car outside. Recommended. The historic center is about 45 minutes walk away, although there are two train stations nearby.

A perfect comfortable and peaceful place to stay. Really convenient and with great recommendations. We would love to come back again.

Jacopo is a great host, super responsive and on top of everything. Home is small, but detached from the main building, which is something we were looking for. Nice neighborhood, next to One of Milan’s best parks and great access to public transportation.

Excellent easy to access

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

A super clean and very appealing apartment with everything you need to feel good! Excellently equipped and nothing is missing. From spices, dishwasher tabs to cleaning and bath items, everything is available. Super, super and super again. Always happy to come back.😉 Thanks for everything.😉😘

Mariagrazia was a great host, she was so responsive and flexible when our plans changed. She was helpful in providing local recommendations, a map of the area, and answered all of our random questions with grace. The flat was the perfect size for 8 of us, and well appointed, we didn’t want for anything. The location was perfect for walking to the sites we wanted to see. If you’re looking for a beautiful Italian experience, a clean place to rest, and a walkable location, look no further.

We had a great stay! Maria was incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience—offering helpful advice and tips throughout our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!

A quiet two bedroom situated right off the metro- super well-situated and easy to navigate the entire city. It was walkable to the Navigli and I felt like a real local. The apartment was accessible on the ground floor with clear instructions for check-in. The mechanical window shutters go down for extra privacy and security at night, which was much appreciated (though Americans might find it gets a little warm at night without air conditioning😅). Overall, an amazing stay in a well-decorated, art-centric comfortable apartment :) I will love to be back soon!

Perfect stay. Host available and responsive. Perfect location if you have to attend an event at the San Siro stadium.

Michele’s condo was perfect! We walked there easily from the Milan Central Station, enjoyed coffee on his balcony, appreciated the use of the washer and dryer, and strolled the streets. Communication and check in were prompt and clear. We especially loved the elevator! Thank you Michele!

We stayed in Patrizia's apartment for the Milan Marathon. Lovely apartment,tastefully furnished and enriched by some works by Patrizia. We appreciated everything from the location (very close to several restaurants,supermarkets, guarded parking and metro stop) to the structure, to Patrizia's flexibility, which is essential for us!
