Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Filandia

Mrs. Luz is always attentive to respond and resolve. The location is very good and the place is very comfortable. We'll be back!

We initially booked a smaller room in the building but realized when we got there that the bed would be too small for us. We messaged the hosts and they easily accommodated us switching to a room downstairs with 2 beds. Overall the place was great and the hosts were incredibly helpful and kind

the truth is that the place is very nice, it has everything you need, it is quiet, excellent location to go to tourist villages such as salento, finlandia, I liked everything.

Excellent place, very quiet with quite proximity to the village; everything is very clean, the beds as well as the sofa and the niche, it has everything you need in kitchen utensils in case you are going to stay for several days. I would definitely return to the site

What is offered in the ad is the same as what I found, which I really liked. The house is very cozy and above all clean. The only drawback is sometimes the issue of water in the bathrooms, but it is solved by opening the tank and the pump they have for it

Very nice house and convenient location. However, I will note a few things for future travelers: 1. The house is very close to other houses and we experienced a lot of noise starting at 7am both days we were there. I think there's a business as well and the noise sounds like it's right in the bedroom. 2. The parking is about a block away and it's up a hill. It's not far but the hill is very challenging if you are not used to it. 3. The ceiling over the dining room is glass and when it rains, the area gets wet. Do Not leave things on the dining room table or they will get wet. I mentioned this to the host but I didn't get a response about the leaks. Hopefully they will take care of it. Other than that, the house is very nice, large, and comfortable.

Our stay in Filandia was excellent. Deysi's stay was up to our expectations: comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for the hospitality!

apartment nice, clean, enough beds and soft pillows, having own parking, we took the opportunity to walk through the beautiful and quiet filandia, its central square, charm and viewpoint..super recommended

Pedro's place was conveniently located. Consuelo made us feel like we were staying with family. We really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable, well-stocked home, not too far from the center of Salento on foot. On the other hand, the living room is not very bright and the sound insulation is not the best, as often in Colombia, but we get used to it.

Mariana super friendly and cordial, she helped us with everything we needed. The apartment is as in the photos: clean, tidy, cozy and the area is great, with everything close. 100% recommended 💖

We were thrilled with Maria’s apartment. It was very clean and full amenities including fans and even a white noise machine. It also had extras we didn’t need to buy such as additional garbage bags, paper towels, salt, ice pack etc… It’s very close to a good grocery store we went almost everyday, and there was even a corner store just out the door if we needed something at the last minute. We walked 30 minutes to a mall and although the road was not flat it was exactly what we were after, a good walk in a safe neighbourhood with shops, restaurants, pharmacy’s and even a dollar store with similar products to home. Not only did security at the door greet us every time we passed but everyone we met in the elevators or on the stairwells were extremely friendly too. Not only would we recommend staying here but we are sure to stay again when we visit Armenia!!!

Very nice apartment, it matches those offered, Luisa was always very attentive to messages,. The set is very quiet and the people who work there are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it.

We felt at home. The apartment is just as described by Mariana. There are places to eat nearby, drugstores, supermarkets. It is easily accessible and we found the place very clean and tidy. My family and I were very happy with the place. Thank you very much Mariana and Marcela for everything. Also, thank you for understanding the setback that occurred. Excellent communication with the host. This is the perfect apartment for a long-term stay visiting Armenia. It’s the best location and the apartment has double balconies with incredible views. Is on the quiet side of the building facing reserve. Great shops and restaurants all within walking distance. I highly recommend this place.
