Clare's place is at a prime location, especially if you have dogs, the dog beach is right there. The property = lifestyle + living, great area downstairs for a BBQ and games. Place was neat and tidy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The house was beautifully renovated and felt like home. Everything matched with beautiful decorations that gave off a lovely vibe and made the place feel welcoming. Excellent amenities. Each room was well equipped with needed essentials and I love all the extra additions like laundry detergent and stain remover. The kitchen was fully stocked with an array of equipment so you could easily cook if desired. The shower upstairs was excellent and the bathroom modern but the downstairs bathroom did not match the rest of the house, once this space is renovated the house will be perfect! To those who want to sleep in the larger room, note this is downstairs so if people are walking around upstairs this is quite easily heard. The beds were comfortable, excellent high quality washing machine and dryer (with multiple options), and the outside areas were perfect for groups and picturesque. Great host who left a sweet welcome cheese hamper on arrival and gave a late check-out! Can’t wait to return!

Absolutely magic. The location is next-level — peaceful, private… and those views! Aside from the property being spotless, beautifully styled and with every amenity you could possibly want, Andrea made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we booked. Incredible communication, fresh sourdough from a local bakery on arrival and our groceries picked up and unpacked for us — the greatest luxury! We travelled in late Autumn, but that didn’t stop us swimming in the beautifully heated pool and curling up on the balcony with blankets. The board games were such a fun way to spend our evenings and the dog treats and beds had our pups feeling like royalty. We will absolutely be back. We were in Maitland for a weekend of sport and Sally's place was an easy 14 minute drive from town - and a welcome escape from the noisy stadium. We were greeted on arrival with warm freshly baked bread and homemade treats, and made to feel right at home. Our dog loved running around and meeting the inquisitive cows and friendly horses along the fence line, and we were warm and cosy inside the cottage - and protected on the sunny verandah on what was a pretty cold and windy long weekend. Amazing place. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Peaceful and quiet with very comfortable beds and furniture. Excellent host who goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need and want. Will happily leave you alone or keep you company and entertain you, if you prefer. Cozy fireplace. Modern bathroom. Awesome sauna and pool. Amazing views with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Excellent fire pit. Clear views of the stars and the Milky Way. A perfect getaway.

We went with a couple of friends to enjoy a quiet weekend. Naomi’s place was more than perfect, it’s a very cozy and comfortable home. It has plenty of space and games to have a great time. Totally recommended.

My husband and I were looking for accommodation to relax in after a very busy work schedule and we definitely found it with this property. The property was clean, in a great area and provided all the comforts we needed. We will definitely re-book this property

We had such a lovely stay – the place was warm and cosy, perfect for a relaxing family retreat. It’s in a quiet bush setting but still super convenient, just a 10-minute drive to Merewether Beach and Hickson Street Lookout. We loved taking our dogs for walks along Merewether Beach and even found a great dog-friendly café nearby – the perfect spot for an early brekkie and sunrise. The lookout was stunning at sunset, though dogs aren’t allowed there, so we left ours in the car for a short while. The cottage has a big wooden table out on the deck, and we really enjoyed having lunch there, listening to the frogs singing while the dogs explored the garden. Such great value for a pet-friendly getaway. Thanks so much, Stewart!

My mum, my brother and I had a great time at Karen’s self-check-in accommodation in Bobs Farm. My wife and I got married at the winery and restaurant Sunset + Vine a few km down the road from the place, and the place was perfect for our needs. Karen was an amazing responsive host, and even assisted with picking up my mother and brother at the end of the night after the ended celebration to ensure they got home safe. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Lauren’s place! Beautiful, modern interior, walking distance to Shoal Bay for restaurants, pub, bike hire or to watch the dolphins at sunset. Or for the more intrepid, lots of hiking options right out the back door. The house was so well-equipped we also spent some days enjoying the pool, pizza oven and outdoor entertaining area. Highly recommended!

Bryony’s place is just magical. It had everything we needed and more. The view and the wrap around verandah were what stood out for us. Having small people, it meant they were safe when they were playing outside, which meant we could actually relax and enjoy ourselves. The kitchen was really well equipped and we appreciated the little things we didn’t have to pack such as oils, coffee, dishwashing tablets and shampoo etc. The house was extremely comfortable for a large party of 9 as we were able to retreat to different areas of the house when needed. It would be even better if there was a vacuum and a mop so that we could adequately clean up after ourselves. We had the most enjoyable time and hope to book again.

We loved staying at Tracey’s home. She was the perfect host, perfect location, everything was perfect :) Spotlessly clean and very stylish and comfortable accommodation with everything we needed. Tracey was the helpful and very frendly. Great with communications. Would highly recommend this property its the perfect place for a get away felt views and surroundings were amazing lots of great walks and i will definitely be staying again! ❤️

We had a lovely stay at Claire’s place. Communication was great, check in easy and the location is central. It was great to be able to bring my dog and Claire even left her some treats, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Claire’s Airbnb.

We had a great stay in Hawks Nest at Kristina’s place. The accomodation was stunning and perfect for a get away from Sydney. The doggo loved the space to be able run around in the garden. It really was the perfect set up to be able have some home cook nights in and also local to the shops is there was anything we need. Would highly recommend and we will be back for sure.

Samantha’s place was the wonderful retreat that we needed. The location is excellent, being close to beaches and parks, and the place itself was very clean, beautifully presented, and was decked out with all that we needed for our stay and more. We didn’t need to ask any questions because instructions were so clear and communication was proactive. We instantly relaxed and will definitely be booking a mini break there another time.

Fabulous eclectic beach style house. Great size, and easily accommodates number of guests specified. Relaxing, peaceful courtyard area. Exceptionally clean throughout. It’s an easy 20 minute walking distance to Fingal Bay or Shoal Bay beaches either direction, with Box Beach close by too. Nelson Bay is 5 minute drive for Woollies. We really enjoyed our long weekend and had a wonderful relaxing time. Will definitely book again
