The house we stayed in is in a calm, very reliable area and quite close to the center of Kaş by car. The house is new and designed with modern items and has everything you may need. It was extremely enjoyable to have a pool option and reach the immaculate bays in a short time. We would also like to thank Mr. Şakir for his attention and hospitality. It will be one of our first options when we get back on track.

Mr. Osman is a very good host, he did his best to solve a few small problems and fix the gaps. She's very understanding and solution-oriented. The house is in the center of the village and very close to everything, a very useful house in terms of design. The house had everything we needed, we did not feel any shortcomings. We had a great time for a week and it was a very nice holiday for us. If we come back, we would consider staying in one of Mr. Osman's houses again, and we would definitely recommend it. Also thanks again for his gestures.

A complete oasis of peace. You are completely spared from everyday stress and annoying people. You are completely private. If even locals drive by/going by, they can't see anything. The house and surroundings are simply a dream. I can only recommend it for those who would like to protect their privacy and love nature. You could expand the kitchen utensils a little but you can cook great despite it. We were there for 5 days, I wish we could stay longer. Mr. Tarkan was very helpful and was always available. The pool was totally clean and beautiful. Long talk briefly, I highly recommend it.

Stayed there for 8 days, one of the best family holidays that I had. We were 7 people and everyone enjoyed the house, location and the views. Very peaceful and beautiful area, ideal for lazy beach holiday. It has its own beach and to be honest way better than most public beaches in the area, so you don’t have to try and spend money there. Water in the sea is super clean and average temperature was around 25 degrees Celsius. The pool is clean as well, very enjoyable to swim, around 28-30 degrees Celsius, my toddler son enjoyed it too. Serkan is very nice and responsive host, that answered my questions and requests within minutes. The attention to detail, books collections, dvd collections and cozy furniture made it feel like we were in our own summer house; the vibe was amazing. Would go there again sometime in future 100%.

Great place to stay with the family. Scenic, Mountain View, stone house and the pool. Loved it! They send a guide for the town, however not all the things said are matching to this house. I think it is a standard guide they send to everyone using their other premises. Would be good if it is updated according to the property like the distance to the sea etc

We were very satisfied with our 5-day family vacation. The house was above our expectations in every way. We did not need any shopping except for food and drink. Everything we were looking for was available at home. The host, Ms. İlknur, was also very helpful and caring. I am sure that it will make the next future guests happy in terms of both the equipment and the view of the house.

Everything was very nice. Mr. Alparslan and his family welcomed us very nicely. They were friendly and kind. We, 8 people, stayed very comfortably. Kitchen supplies are abundantly available. Everything was thought of. In the comments made in the past years, it was written that there was only one bathroom and toilet. A new arrangement was made, and there were 2. We were very comfortable. It is close to everywhere. If I have the chance, I will go again.

The house has a lot of charm, it's tastefully decorated. The unit is very well described and has all the accessories that are described. We enjoyed the terrace a lot but the interior is very spacious. The hosts are very friendly, accessible, they have always answered any questions we may have had. The environment is very quiet, in addition, the temperature is more pleasant in summer than in downtown Kas. If we come back to Kas we will take over this accommodation without hesitation!! Everything was good, clean and the house is with wonderful view! Also the owner was helpful with our needs.

We had a great stay at Sakir’s house. It’s very spacious, which we appreciated with two small children, and the pool was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had most basics and necessities, we cooked dinners most nights. We had a car so could easily get to town for supplies (10-15min drive) and explore the surrounding beaches. The dogs in the neighbourhood bark into the night, which didn’t bother me but kept my wife up at times. The bathroom drains were a bit smelly at times but keeping the doors closed dealt with that. The rooftop is a great place to watch the sunset, and if Sakir can get some outdoor furniture up there it would be a nice spot for a drink at the end of the day! The Fesleğen Kokusu cafe just around the corner does an amazing Turkish breakfast, which was one of the highlights of our trip & highly recommended!

Centrally located, close to beaches, restaurants, ancient cities. It was a delightful home. Nursah was also a very caring host, she helped with everything.

As in the photos, the landscaping is very good and clean. 2min walk to the sea. The pool is also clean and cleaned every evening. Thanks to Mr. Ümit for his interest and hospitality.

Great place with beautiful nature. Really calm, people there are really hospitable, and you can find nice and cheap places to eat a breakfast. Murat is amazing host, he helped us a lot. If you wonder if it’s worth it stop wondering, just book a reservation and you won’t regret it!

Süleyman is a very caring host. I had a very relaxing and peaceful week with my two little children. There was nothing missing in the house, on the contrary, everything you might need was available. I highly recommend this place for those seeking calm and peace.

The pool is very large. Very large in the house. It meets all your needs. Ideal for those who love rustic construction. 7 km from Kaş, not too far, you can get to Kaş quickly. Being higher than sea level in terms of location, it offers a cooler and comfortable weather at 4-5 degrees. We had no issues at all.

The villa is located in a stunning location,on the mountainside, surrounded by olive trees, with amazing views of the mountains and valleys. We visited during the quieter times and the place was so peaceful perfect for a much needed break. Spending time by the fireplace, enjoying the views through the panoramic windows was priceless! Bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with good utensils and everything we required. The owners were very lovely people who gave us a warm welcome and helped to light the fire and the grill. They were very attentive host and nothing was too much for them. It was a lovely stay indeed. We will definitely be coming back to this place again!

Mr. Mehmet and his wife were very interested and gave us local information about what to do, demre is ideal for those who want clean sea and calm bays. The bungalow where we stay can swim in the sea up to 50 m to the sea, you can go to the nearby bays. The bungalow is very cute and very clean, thank you for these sensitivities.

Fantastic host couldnt ask for more with how polite and helpful Erol was, lovely villa beautiful inside and outside, lovely pool and dining areas! We had a wonderful time and i would defo go back again!!

My family stayed here for a week and I can say it was a really cool place! Very hospitable hosts, met us with a delicious cake, were always in touch and tried to solve all the issues that we had! The premises are very spacious, there are many bedrooms, everything is tidy, clean, everything we needed was there. And when something was missing, the host responded very quickly and provided help) What I can note is the top location, the store right under the house, the embankment, the facilities, the sea. I liked the garden of the house the most, you can grill food there, and the child can play and just sit in the shade) I recommend this place 100%

We spent two weeks at Hasan's villa and had an unforgettable time. The pictures are realistic and the villa is incredibly beautifully furnished. Hasan and his wife are warm and very helpful people. We had a wonderful holiday thanks to them. I would gladly recommend this accommodation and I would book it again myself. A quick tip: either come by car or rent one there, because the house is a little far from the city. But it's perfect for peace and quiet.

It provided confidence. The location of the house was a great house with a full view of the sea in the marina. We stayed in the house with 6 people and it was enough for us. There were a lot of things we would need. Being close to places to eat and drink made our work easier. The house was very easy to find. We provided the whole recipe clearly quickly. It is a family business that I can definitely recommend, run by a young entrepreneur brother and his wife, who is as kind as he is. An ideal choice for camping and picnic enthusiasts. If you specify your special requests in advance, they will help you as much as they can, and they will answer your questions before you know it. The price is a good place for performance. We went with two families to relax in a quiet environment as a family, probably the only noise in the neighborhood was our little ones. Before you go, I suggest you stop by a Migros-style market in the center of Demre to get all your needs. You don't have to take ready-made water and load it yourself, the fountain water was very soft.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and gave us great tips on interesting things to do in the area.
