Enjoy our beautiful selfbuild and characteristic beach house located a stones throw from the beach. We live on the upper floor and offer two seperated setups. The mainfloor has a 4-5 pers appartement with eveything you might need. It contains 1 room with a double 160 bed and a bunkbed. The bathroom has a nice big shower and a seperated toitlet. The livingroom is spacious with an open kitchen and view on the ocean. Then there is the tinyhouse with bathroom and kitchen with room for max 4 persons

Our high perched house, enjoys an incredible view of the Aulne maritime at 180°, its meanders, its tides and the small port of Tregarvan opposite. Nestled on a plot of 8,000 m2 of wood and agricultural meadows in which a few heifers come to graze, a few steps away from the GR34, without vis-à-vis, it is ideal for a nature break! Our home is located in Kersaint-Landunvez in Finistere. An old mill with exceptional sea views. Feet in the water, ideal for a great vacation, a weekend for families or groups of friends. South-facing terrace sheltered from the wind. Close to the Portsall sailing club, GR34 at the end of the garden, shops within walking distance (Portsall fishery, Proxi, bakery...) Welcome to my wooden house! Spacious, bright, south-facing, it is located on the Sainte-Marguerite peninsula. It is ideally placed to discover the Abers: the sandy beaches and dunes are less than 300 m from the house! You can also enjoy the many coastal trails (the GR 34 passes right by), enjoy the pleasure of shore fishing, bike rides, water sports (sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing, paddleboarding... all in the immediate vicinity). A full itinerary!

In Kerlouan, 300 m from the site of Ménéham, beaches, turquoise sea, on the Côte des Légendes, independent, bright, comfortable single-story house for 4 people + 1 baby including: equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, separate toilet, 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed + baby bed, 1 with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, 1 fireplace. Large enclosed garden with terrace sheltered from the wind, garden furniture, barbecue. Pets not allowed.

The loft on the first floor of a small private residence. Ideally designed for 2 people. your room equipped with a double bed with a sea view. In the living room, a sofa bed can be converted into a double bed south side, a small terrace for lunch in the sun. In the inner courtyard, you can safely leave your sailing equipment or bicycles. I have 2 sea kayaks at your disposal (beach 10 meters away). Don't forget your swimsuit🐬🐟🌊.

The La Pommeraie-Avalon gîte is nestled in a green and quiet setting close to the sea (one of the rooms has a sea view). The 70 m² independent house has 2 floors with on the ground floor, a spacious living room overlooking 2 outdoor terraces that are not overlooked. Off-season, the wood stove is very popular, when returning from seaside walks (very close). Parking is private and as close as possible to the house.

40 m2 all-wood lodge, facing the river, a quiet place inviting you to relax and rest. We are located in the Moulin du Duc Valley, a quiet place with nearby sports and water activities. We are about 15 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and Perros-Guirec. Lannion city center is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, as well as the SNCF and Bus station and we are located on the Morlaix-Lannion greenway.
