The mainfloor has a 4-5 pers appartement with eveything you might need. It contains 1 room with a double 160 bed and a bunkbed. The bathroom has a nice big shower and a seperated toitlet. It is ideally placed to discover the Abers: the sandy beaches and dunes are less than 300 m from the house! You can also enjoy the many coastal trails (the GR 34 passes right by), enjoy the pleasure of shore fishing, bike rides, water sports (sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing, paddleboarding... all in the immediate vicinity). A full itinerary!

This 34 m2 lodge is ideal for a family of 4 or 5 people. The Swedish owner has been able to provide a "cozy" decoration where well-being is evident. The fully private accommodation benefits from a very pleasant and bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Bedding is located on the mezzanine. You have free access to the sauna and a fire pit. The parking lot is equipped with electric terminals to recharge your vehicle.

We are about 15 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and Perros-Guirec. Lannion city center is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, as well as the SNCF and Bus station and we are located on the Morlaix-Lannion greenway.
