The house is from 2004, situated 25 meters from the sea, with a beautiful view from the living room and terrace. It's modern equipped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer and all the kitchen equipment you will need, floor heating in the bathroom, laundry room and entrance area. The bedrooms are quite spacious with good quality beds. During spring, summer and autumn a boat for 4 people, with an outboard engine, is available for rent. Beautiful view of the Alta valley. Two bedrooms with double bed in each room. Bathroom. -Mini kitchen with cooking facilities. -No oven. -Microwave oven -No washing machine. -Porch. Steep and narrow stairs to the attic.Access to nature for walks in the summer and skiing in the winter. Great conditions for northern lights. 10 minutes walk to the university and 15 minutes to the city center where among other things the shopping are. -No place to store luggage outside of stay.

If you come from abroad, the easiest way to get here is to fly to Alta and rent a car. Getting from Alta to Kokelv is about 2 hours. You can access by car to the front of the entrance area.
