the apartment is very well located within Noia. Just a few meters from the estuary and right next to the old town. It faces the back of the building, making it very quiet. We were in our cars and parked very close without any problems for both days. This was on June 15-16, and I guess in summer it will be impossible to park nearby, as is the case in any tourist location. We were two couples with two children and the apartment is comfortable for six. It has everything and is useful.

The accommodation was just like the photos, the owner responded quickly and was attentive at all times. It is about an hour's drive from the other cities and 15 minutes from downtown Santiago. Highly recommended, it was very well equipped

Neighbors who since our arrival were offered in case we could need anything. Ideal situation, close to everything, to get around on foot or by car, motorcycle, bike. We will repeat for sure!!!.

As others have written Fidel was a fantastic host and couldn’t do enough for us during our stay- as just one example, my daughter got an ear infection and he offered to drive us to the local clinic. We enjoyed going for rides with the free bikes he provided and using the pool- though a bit chilly when we were there in May was sizable and well maintained. Highlights of our trip included eating at the two or three restaurants a stones throw from the apartment and spending time on the gorgeous beach just adjacent.

It's always a pleasure to return to Margarita's house. Beautiful cottage, incredible pool and unbeatable views. The host's treatment is always very easy and friendly, making the stay amazing. He always makes sure everything is perfect and if he can help with anything, he doesn't hesitate to offer it.

Villa Cariño is a place to disconnect, totally new, with very careful decoration both indoors and outdoors. Very clean. The beach is very close to the accommodation. The setting is beautiful. We initially booked the penthouse but at the end we stayed in the first one, it has 3 floors as it was heated, important these days. The apartment is very good only that the furniture is not current. You can see that the entire house is renovated, I suppose it will make it better in the future. Great bathroom and kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious but the furniture and bedding clothes give you a bad impression because although they are good, they are old and the first impression is not the best. although they are comfortable, some hard mattresses but good. The service is very good and we were told where to eat, in the end there was no table and we ate elsewhere.

Perfect location. Very well decorated apartment with a thousand details. Recommendations from the host and a thousand amenities for both check-in and check-out. The only thing is that when we arrived it was quite cold and there was a lot of humidity, but with the heater and humidifier it was quickly fixed. We really enjoyed our stay at Pedro's. It is exactly as described. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. We cooked several good meals, slept well, and enjoyed walking around the old city. We found an excellent restaurant, an empañada shop and an artisanal bakery within a ten- minute walk, and walked to many attractions, including the big beach, la Torre de Hercules and el Castello de Santo Antón. Pedro was an excellent host and we liked his home. I'd love to come back.
