Holiday rentals with breakfast in Flat Bush

We had the most fantastic time staying at Villino. It really did feel like a proper restful holiday away. The reality was better than the pictures and we had a lovely long lunch just next door at the vineyard and walked down the road for an easy swim at the beach. The food and communications made everything so easy. Really hope we can stay again sometime.

The house was a perfect fit for two small families. Great view and location. Host was very responsive. Would recommend and stay again.

This is one of the most peaceful and relaxing places I have ever stayed. The view is absolutely stunning, and the level of hospitality exceeded all expectations. I was amazed by the thoughtful touches, including fruits, snacks, and a fridge stocked with water, yogurt, and more—something I’ve never experienced before. The house is spotless, beautifully clean, and equipped with high-quality furniture and appliances that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive, providing everything we could possibly need and more. I regret booking only two days—I wish I had more time to enjoy this amazing place. It’s truly a gem, and I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for such a wonderful and unforgettable stay!

Paula was a great host and the place had everything we could imagine in an AirBnb. Paula's touch of Cheese platter was amazing and definitely enjoyable for whole family as we arrived at midnight. Paula also graciously offered do some basic shopping for us to keep in the kitchen if we needed to eat when we arrived late. Thank you Paula for hosting us

This home is perfectly sized for a couple. It is like staying in an art gallery, always something curious and wonderfully artistic to gaze at on all the walls. Then venture outside and it is further feast for the eyes.. gorgeous sky views from the deck, and plenty of space to walk in the back garden and enjoy all the beautiful plants. Rosetta & James provided snacks in the pantry and drinks and nibbles also in the fridge, and chocolates, such generous hosts who are super friendly. Thank you also for the late check out and responsive communication.

We had a wonderful stay and have no hesitation at all recommending Jenny’s place. We would definitely stay here again. Wonderfully clean and tidy, comfortable beds, lovely quiet neighbourhood, with lots of shops and quality restaurants nearby.

We loved our 4 nights in Jenni's house, the views are spectacular. The location is central to everything and you can do lots of walks. We walked to the Marina and caught the ferry to Waiheke Island which was fantastic. It's a very clean and comfortable home. Definitely recommend to others.

Rose was a wonderful host and I just loved staying at this gorgeous bnb. The apartment was exactly as described and was tastefully and practically arranged. The area was very conveniently located with lots of cafes and shops only a short walk away. Rose was a responsive and charming host. I would recommend this accommodation and would stay here again. Best location for Auckland CBD ! We really appreciated the convenience of the location of this spacious and airy flat. It is walkable to many places in Auckland’s CBD ! Fantastic stay and everything was as describe and easy to get around.

We really enjoyed our three night stay. Dean and Margaret’s place was very comfortable and well equipped. It was warm and clean and we felt very much at home. The beautiful view really topped it off, especially the amazing sunsets.

My boys stayed at Tanja's place this time. They really enjoyed there stay - it is perfect. Will be certainly staying again. Cheers

Our stay at Jitka and Micheal’s place was amazing! Jitka was very response and helpful in accommodating our check-in time. The space itself was clean, had everything we needed, and is in a wonderful location! We were able to walk everything we wanted to do during our short stay in Auckland. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Gorgeous place to stay. Everything was immaculately clean & well presented. Loved the extra touches of a welcome basket of nibbles & breakfast cereals,plus getting greeted with the most amazing cup of hot citrus tea.

Hot pool was clean and ready to use for us. Great location, can easily access by public Bus from Waiheke ferry terminal. Thanks for a restful weekend away 😎

Felicity was a great host, very welcoming and wanting to help with anything you could need. Her home was very tidy, and felt like an oasis of calm. The room itself was spacious with a good sized private en-suite bathroom. I enjoyed my stay with Felicity.

We loved our brief stay at Colin and Aitu's place! The setting is so peaceful and we could not have felt more comfortable after a day of fun on Waiheke. The rooms are spacious, plush, and super clean. Breakfast was delicious (amazing fruit!) and we would have loved a longer stay. We would love to visit again and recommend a stay here.

The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. I truly appreciated the little touches that made my stay extra special, like the thoughtfully stocked room and the comfortable bed. Gerard and Judith's place is a real find. The bedrooms are spacious and super comfortable. The bathroom is spotless and modern. A bonus is a lovely, covered courtyard with a big outdoor table. The location is in a charming heritage neighbourhood and is easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. I am really hoping to stay there again next time I'm in Auckland.

Tersia was a wonderful host, and the abode was a gorgeous home away from home. All the little touches made it such a lovely stay. Great books, divine bathroom, comfy bed, loved the decor, ease of access and how peaceful it was. Will be back to stay again when heading back to Auckland.

Hassle free accomodation. Linda went out of her way this weekend for us. Super useful to have a shuttle to Castaways and back too
