We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. No banheiro de solteiro o box só tem uma folha de vidro ( funciona melhor assim).Para acrescentar hóspede terá um valor de 100 reais por diária.
