The large wooden terrace by the house means that you can find space in the sun at all times of the day, as well as enjoy your morning coffee while the ships sail past on Flensborgfjord. The light, the water and the beautiful nature are absolutely magical in this part of Sydals. Walking and cycling, fishing, kayaking and dinghy sailing and kite surfing are popular activities.

The cottage is 98 m2 and includes a kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, one of which has a spa and sauna. 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 loft with 2 good mattresses. The cottage is located on a nice large plot, with plenty of room for fun and enjoyment.

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. This special place in Sønderborg's old town is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. You will be within walking distance of shopping and grocery stores, as well as restaurants and the city's café life. You can stroll along our beautiful promenade and enjoy the view of the waterfront and the beach. For example, if you want a slightly longer walk, you can continue out into the woods along the Gendarmstien.

You will have the house to yourself, and the house is centrally located in Asserballeskov, in rural surroundings close to Fynshav on Als, with a short distance to good beaches, and sights on the island. The house has a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen, living room and a toilet with shower It is possible to pay for final cleaning, which costs DKK 250 or EUR 33, there is information about payment in the house.

Our second holiday home was completed in summer 2021. Also this time we did everything we could to make the house both stylish and suitable for children. Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer a variety of play options such as swing, trampoline and soccer goals. We have put a lot of effort into the setup and hope that you like it.
