Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Large apartment. Close to the city center. Possibility of boat rental for sea fishing. Salmon river nearby. Scenic surroundings with a beautiful garden that just has to be experienced! Here you can relax indoors or outdoors, and maybe have a barbecue meal on one of our terraces with the chickens and ducks. The river Sokna flows right past the garden. Here the kids can swim, and we have fishing rights for salmon here. Ruggesteinen and Linepollen swimming area with sand volleyball court is a 2-minute drive from our house. 5 min drive to KNA Raceway.

Cozy apartment in Rasvåg on Hidra, which is located right on the beach and has a jetty with swimming and fishing opportunities just outside the door. With southern idyll and great nature on all sides, it is a perfect place for relaxation and excursions. Fenced garden towards the lake and road, so small children can play freely. Hidra has a lot to offer in terms of attractions, fishing and nature experiences, but is also the starting point for trips to Brufjell, Flekkefjord city, Kjeragbolten, Prekestolen and many other exciting places.

Go on a discovery trip in the Dutch town with its colorful street art, enjoy fresh seafood at the waterfront, or take a boat trip out to the archipelago. You can also rent a kayak, visit art museums, or explore nearby mountain hikes and swimming areas. In summer, the town is bustling with life with small concerts, festivals and a rich selection of local shops and eateries. Here you will find both tranquility and experiences.

Lille Presteskjær Lighthouse

Lighthouse from 1895 with housing and apartment in the tower itself. The building is established on a reef at the end of Rekefjord. Original furniture from the time when the lighthouse keepers and their families lived in the lighthouse. The lighthouse has a kitchen, bathroom and toilet, living room, storage rooms, atrium with panoramic views, 3 bedrooms and a small kitchen that has been converted into an extra bedroom. There is also a boat garage attached to the lighthouse, this is decorated for outdoor fun and simple dining.

Opplev sørlandsidyll og lag minner for livet på dette koselige, unike stedet. Huset har flott utsikt, innholdsrikt uteområde og tilgang til brygge. Dere vil få tilgang til hele hovedetasjen. Hovedetasjen, 2 etg, inneholder stue, kjøkken, gang, 3 soverom, bad og et lite toalett. Huset er veldig koselig og har utsikt over det vakre tettstedet Rasvåg og utover havet. Det er et veldig innholdsrikt uteområde med flere terrasser og hager samt fruktrær bak huset. Det er trampoline og huskestativ.

In The Longhouse at Lista in Farsund the cows and the swallows are you closest neighbours. From the large panoramic windows you will get a unique view of the North Sea and Norway's largest concentration of bird species. Living in this architectural gem is an experience. The traditional Longhouse has found new form and function in an impressive modern architecture which makes this place a unique retreat nature loving families, and groups. Right outside there is a sauna with a magic view.

Enjoy a relaxing holiday with the whole family in our modern, high-standard cabin! This is our family cabin, which we use as often as we can, but we’re happy to share it when we’re not there. The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. In addition, a luxurious sauna with panoramic fjord and mountain views is scheduled for completion by spring/summer 2026. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

Welcome to beautiful Hidra. The island of Hidra is a short drive and ferry (free) from Flekkefjord. Stay in a cozy waterfront house on the edge of the jetty, surrounded by amazing nature. Walking distance to fishing port with beach, shop, fish reception with sale and restaurant Isbua. Isbua is a family-friendly restaurant with short-distance food. Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige bostedet. Moderne fin lekeplass i gåavstand. Vakker natur nær fine turområder som Brufjellhålene. God standard, men low key for de som liker og være på landet. 8 min i bil til vakre Flekkefjord. Fine Badeplasser nærheten. Soveplass til 4 nede, men er liten hems med dobbel madrass som også kan benyttes. Vi tilby også sauna til våre gjester. (Avtales på forhånd for kjøp av vedsekker) (Badestamp leies ikke ut )

Modern apartment with separate entrance downstairs on a new house. The apartment contains living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, as well as patio with nice sea views. You come to made beds and towels are included. In the fridge you will find some breakfast food that you can arrange when appropriate. The bedroom has a double bed, which can easily be converted into two single beds.
