Logement non-fumeur, composé d’une chambre (Literie neuve 140x200), avec salle de bain, toilettes separés, d’un séjour/cuisine équipée, avec canapé lit (120 x190 ). Accès à une terrasse et à un jardin arboré de 1500 M2, traversé par une rivière. (accès non sécurisé ). L’accès au logement est indépendant, notre maison se trouve à coté.

Studio cosy au centre de st Albain, le long de la nationale. Facile d'accès, situé en face de la boulangerie, idéal pour un petit déjeuner gourmand☺️. Restaurant snack à 30m à pied et macdo à 5 min en voiture (aire de st Albain). Places parking gratuites a proximité. Peut accueillir jusqu'à 4personnes dont 2 enfants(max8ans) sinon 3 adultes. En couple, en famille ou même collègues en déplacement, le logement s'adapte a vos besoins. Studio équipé d'une télé connectée et d'une petite cuisine.

Small apartment (T2) quiet, elegant and air-conditioned, for 2 or 4 people, on the ground floor of the family home. You can enjoy the pool, shared on weekdays, Monday to Friday, (EXCEPT weekends and holidays). 3 minutes from the main village, with all the shops, as well as terminals for electric cars, and 15 minutes from the A6, Mâcon or Tournus. Activities: walks in the woods and vineyards, fishing, Azé and Blanot caves, medieval castles, Cluny stud farm.

We are at the foot of the vineyards near Viré, Clessé, Lugny and the birthplace of Chardonnay, for which I will gladly share my passion with you. Very easy access by the D906, highway exit 15 minutes away, parking in front of the house.
