The house has a beautiful view, and was clean and comfortable! The hosts did a great job of making the space welcoming and allowing the space for us to have a wonderful visit! Would love to come back again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Alyse’s oasis at the top of the hill. The house is super clean and cozy and the backyard was a really nice treat. We enjoyed many outdoor dinners and shady work sessions. Would love to rent again!

Our stay was amazing. The house is a peaceful oasis, but only a few minutes walk away from amazing stores and restaurant. The house has so much charm and the backyard is just amazing. Denis was so responsive, friendly, and the house manual was one of the best I’ve seen! Perfect spot for a comfy, hip, and relaxing stay in LA.

This is a perfect place for a family of 4 , friends groups 2-4 and a couple if you don’t have an option for a smaller place! Place was nice , the patio area wasn’t at the place where I stayed or I at least didn’t see it so don’t get you hopes up about that area! Free and private parking ,easy &understandable check in and out! Quite neighborhood, Responses quick &well! Definitely will be back to stay here in the summer with my family!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Our stay was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better home or location. It was 5-7 minutes from SoFi Stadium. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We felt safe the entire time. Ihab communicated with us and gave us detailed instructions. I would definitely recommend!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. Communication with the host was great, and the house itself was clean and comfortable. It's on a nice, quiet street but still close to restaurants and the stadium.

Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

The Airbnb was very clean, and the instructions to check in and park were very clear. We will definitely be staying here again!

My family (including a 3yo and infant) and I had an excellent stay at Mylbra’s. The property was beautiful, serene and comfortable. We had everything we needed and at a central location for a long weekend. Mylbra was also so kind to my daughter who was fascinated by her beautiful garden.

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

This was our 1st Airbnb and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The place was so nice and felt home-y. The host was so nice and responsive to all my questions during our stay. We hope to stay longer next year

From booking to check out they were great hosts. Very friendly, engaging and responsive. I had issues with the code for the door (🤦🏾‍♀️ I put in the wrong code). They responded immediately and changed the code so I would not have any further issues with entrance. Definitely will book again…btw great nail shop directly across the street in the plaza.

I had a wonderful stay at this private suite! The space was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. It’s in a great location — just a short walk to plenty of restaurants and stores. Being so close to everything made the trip super convenient and relaxing. 20 mins from Long Beach and Redondo beach. Perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy the coast and good food. Recently had a great stay at James's guesthouse / ADU. In what felt like a throwback to the original concept of Airbnb, he lives in the house out front and was consistently available for any of our needs. While we had a packed schedule (and so this is conjecture), I got the impression that if you invited him to hang out in the lushly-landscaped garden over a beer he'd be delighted to take you up on it. Unit is the size of a studio apartment, well-furnished with kitchenette, A/C unit, plenty of electrical outlets. You have access to the backyard, which has privacy and outdoor furniture options. We were able to consistently find street parking on the same block (except once, during street-sweeping, when we had to park a block away). There are a couple restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, as well as an E Line metrolink stop, but it's also close to the 10 freeway and so convenient for drives to downtown LA, K-town, mid-city, etc.

Great location & gorgeous view! There was another couple staying so the hot tub area was shared, which is fine, but I did want to point that out. Still definitely highly recommend this place!

We want to sincerely thank Nills for an amazing stay! The loft was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The only small recommendation would be to bring your own detergent if you plan to do laundry during your stay. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown LA, with everything within walking distance. Nills was an outstanding host, always proactive and maintaining open communication with my partner and me. From guiding us to the unit, to providing a list of great local shops and restaurants, he was always available if we had any questions or needed assistance. Overall, Nills made our experience seamless and enjoyable. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great stay here at this home, hosting was great very responsive nice quiet home easy instructions to get into the home clean and beautiful inside out. I would recommend anyone looking to stay in a convenient location in LA to stay here.

Alexander’s place had everything I needed to enjoy my stay comfortably. His co-host Ryan went out of his way to bring me a rice cooker for my dinner and responded very quickly with all of inquiries. I greatly appreciate the hospitality!
