This cottage has a bedroom featuring a queen size bed with an attached bath on the main level, as well as a bonus room upstairs with a full size sleeper sofa. Note that the only bathroom is off of the bedroom. This duplex cottage is one of 9 units at Cape Cod Cottages, with shared amenities including three Level 2 EV chargers, a laundry room and a game room with foosball and ping pong. It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.

Our condo is 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1272 sq ft. We have a "No Pet", "No Children" Policy. The reason is that the condo is best suited for adults only, and some of our guests have pet allergies. Just one block from Old Town Florence. Condo has a deck with gas BBQ. There is a 46" TV, DVD , Roku and free WIFI. Master bedroom has a King Bed, large walk-in shower. The Guest room has a Queen bed. We also offer discounts for guests staying weekly (7+nights) or monthly (28+ nights)
