House holiday rentals in Florence

The Sea View House was perfect for our small group. We were looking for a serene home near the coast that fit our budget and left us wanting for nothing. We found that in Nikki's place. She was great about addressing anything we needed promptly. The fact they were dog-friendly was important to us, and the living room and bedroom setups were spacious so that there was plenty of space for the dog beds and kennels on the floors. The neighbors were friendly and the walk down to the beach was so easy and close we went several times a day. The water spigot out front made it easy to rinse sand off each time we returned. Our friend who slept on the softa bed said it was comfortable and he got lots of much needed sleep. The other beds were also comfortable as well. We also appreciated the blinds in each room and all the little extras, like the bath salts and toiletries. Love to come back!

Debbe's house was amazing. the beds were very comfortable. everyone had a television in their own room. she had absolutely everything you'd need. would highly recommend.

Great vacation spot, walkable to the beach and the bay. Family friendly and an overall great experience.

My family and I stayed here for the weekend to celebrate my moms 50th birthday. The house was huge with plenty of space for everyone, did not feel overcrowded. The only issues we had was the microwave was out of order ( didn't know this until after we arrived) made heating up food challenging. 2nd is some of the beds were too firm which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Overall 5 stars, the location was great, a short distance to the beach and plenty of space for everyone, would stay here again!

This home was very well stocked and fit 2 families very comfortably. The beach is just a step away and the back deck has great sunset views. Fantastic location!

This is one of the most comfortable and completely equipped homes that we stayed at. We were able to cook our favorite meals at home with all needed utensils, while the children played with great games stored in the house then stroll through the beautiful clean beach. Fresh local seafood available at stores within a 10 minute drive. We would definitely return to this home in the future.

All in all, I’d rate Katie‘s home a 4.5. The property manager, Bill upstairs was a definite asset and answered our questions very responsively the house had everything we needed and it was immaculate. The location was not what I hoped. We were several miles from the ocean, a few miles from old town, and no ocean beach accessible without a car. No ocean noise, and that’s part of why I go to the beach! I would return, however, because it’s a good size space. With three people all wanting a bedroom, it worked out very well as she offered three very nicely sized bedrooms, the kitchen hat everything we needed, and the home was immaculate, and she just seemed like a very good soul.

This is the second time we stayed at this property and we love it, it’s quiet and clean, lots of space and in a great location. 5 stars imho Thank you.

This was the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at to date. The pictures didn’t do it justice. The view was phenomenal. The house felt like a home and we were welcome! Thanks Mark and Jessica for helping make our trip from North Carolina wonderfully easy and relaxing!

We had a wonderful stay here. Beautiful area with beach access just down the stairs. Plenty of seating for our group. And the deck is beautiful. The host was super responsive and we had everything we needed. No complaints here.

This place was a life saver! Came to Oregon and needed a place to stay after the place I was planning to stay didn't work out. Leslie was quick to response and was able to ready the place ready for me promptly. Very peaceful and relaxing place. Love the guide book with all the recommendations! Very clean, would definitely go back again.

What a FABULOUS stay!! Immaculately clean, very responsive host, gorgeous house, short drive to the beach, and overall a 10 out of 10. Unfortunately we could only spend one night. We would have loved to stay longer!

Wonderful house and perfect for a beach getaway. The check in process was easy and Larry followed up to make sure I was settled in and having a good time. The house is squeaky clean with all sorts of amenities. The shower is incredible

When I say I'd give this place a 10 star review if I could, I mean it whole heartly. This cabin is so beautiful it's almost magical. It was stocked with everything we could of needed. Including life jackets of all sizes for us to enjoy the Kayaking, which we did daily. With the breathtaking scenery at the cabin we really didn't need to go anywhere else to enjoy Oregon, but we did venture out and explore. Thanks to Liz's recommendations we ate at a few local hot spots. Thank you for having amd hosting such a wonderful place Liz!!!

What a lovely well-kept home in a quiet private neighborhood. It worked out beautifully for our kids and grandkids to stay and my parents will be here in the fall to stay there as well. Alison is a very generous host, plenty of supplies, games & things to do. everything was clean & organized, easy to keep.

The home was roomy and just as described. There were 8 of us and we were all comfortable. We were able to walk to the beach and the home had beach towels and beach toys for the children. Sue was great at communicating before and during our stay.

The views are breathtaking, home is tidy, clean and well-kept. It’s a short scenic walk to town and there are many nearby activities. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time, especially relaxing in the hot tub, watching the waves crash after fun days of exploration. Thank you!

We had an amazing time staying here! The home had everything we needed, including things we forgot to pack, like beach towels. The beds were very comfortable and we loved watching a movie on the projector screen as a family. The best part for us was the beautiful river and the peaceful time kayaking while we watched our girls having fun playing on the sand. It was wonderful to be so close to Florence and the Heceta lighthouse / beach. We also drove up the road four minutes from the house to Ginderbread Village restraunt / bakery. The lady who runs it is beyond sweet and they have fun traditions that made it a special experience as well as delicious food. And we are especially grateful the hosts took the time to help us find a mechanic!! Our truck had issues and all mechanic shops were closed. They took the time to find a friend to help us out. We so appreciate their help beyond their job description as a host. Thank you so much! Such a great trip!! We will stay again in the future!

Hostess Kristi provided great communication pre/during/post stay. Easy access, very clean, lots of space and comfortable beds for the four of us. We will definitely re-book with Kristi on our next visit to Florence.

This was an awesome stay. The beautiful beach is right out the back door, the interior was spacious and had plenty of amenities, and check-in/out was smooth and painless.

My daughter searched the property when we first arrived. She said it was ‘epic’ and that it was her best vacation ever. All the little touches made a big difference for us- the board games and books, the wall of DVDs, the fire pit for making s’more’s, …. I wish we had more time to play the full-sized arcade games. There was tons to do in the area. We had a lovely lunch at a local restaurant on the lake. Then took a tour of the Umpqua Lighthouse, and played at the beach. I would definitely come back!
