The house is bright, cozy and tastefully decorated, ideal for resting and enjoying Buenos Aires from a serene environment. We especially appreciate the warm and attentive treatment of the entire team, who were always available to help us with whatever we needed

Great place to stay! Carlos and Veronica were very responsive. The apt was super clean and matched the pictures. My dad stayed in this apt last year and recommended it to me. Cute and quiet building. The apt furniture is modern and chic. Very walkable to bakeries, pharmacies, local shops and more. I will be staying here again in my next visit to Buenos Aires.

I stayed 35 days, a highly recommended apartment for long stays, good location, safe and quiet and well connected to tourist centers. Wifi works great Gianfranco was very kind and decisive in everything that was asked of him. I'll definitely buy it again.

The accommodation was wonderful, the environment is air-conditioned, there is air conditioning and a thermometer in the entire environment, the floor heats and heats the entire apartment. It is well furnished, the furniture and utensils are all of quality. They provide clean, fragrant, and quality towels and bed linen. The building has a laundry room and sauna that, when needed, was promptly attended to by the hosts, who were always available and always extremely friendly and attentive, and were clear and precise from the entrance to the exit. I recommend you all to stay.

From the first moment she was super attentive to any query, in anything we needed she gave much more than 100%, the check-in and check-out had a flexibility that I will always be grateful, in terms of the apartment, just beautiful, it has everything you need, clean, with a beautiful terrace, we did not need anything, the location is unbeatable, you have the sub two blocks, and you can move around the city with ease, my expectations were already high and still managed to overcome them by a lot. I definitely recommend it, you don't have to look any further, when I return to the city this is definitely my first and only option, Thank you Maria! You're the best!

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience in this apartment. The place was spotless, very clean and well cared for, as shown in the pictures. You can see that they pay attention to the details so that you feel comfortable from the moment you are. In addition, the owner was very kind and attentive: he cared about my arrival, was always available for any questions and facilitated the delivery times of the keys without any problems. The apartment is very comfortable and very complete, you really don't need to bring anything to be comfortable!!! The location is a great, quiet area close to everything. In the bathroom, impeccable, you find amenities like in a 5*. Also, in the kitchen, coffee, tea, sugar,... Really Elizabeth cares to make your stay pleasant and comfortable!!

The apartment is very well equipped and is very suitable for a long-term stay. It was clean and felt cosy. I would definitely stay there again. The gym had the equipment exactly as shown in the pictures. They close some time in the evening for the night (22 or 23), so just make sure to double check this from reception before, if needed. The laundry room is open 24h and is well equipped. You either need Argentina phone number for the mobile app or tokens. I used SMS Virtual app to fake the phone number. The host was very responsive and answered quickly, even though he was not in the country and couldn't assist directly. The area is well guarded and secure. I recommend.

The place was perfect, comfy, walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, etc, Luciano has been Super helpful from the begining to the end and also very kind. Pablo de building manager is also super helpful. I had a wonderful stay in this place, Im very happy to have chosen it. I fully recomend it

Gabriel is a very busy host with the reception. Before arriving, I send suggestions for places, restaurants, breweries and places. He leaves us very relaxed, the reception is spectacular. He is very careful, his apartment is organized, he explains how everything works. And he's always ready to answer questions and anything you need. In short, we were very comfortable and safe. Everything was impeccable.

Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!
