Te ofrecemos despertar con el sonido de las aves, en nuestro lugar de descanso dentro de la ciudad, piscina cerrada (climatizada hasta el 15/04), predio cerrado donde estacionar vehículo (compartido el espacio con vehículo vecino) a cinco minutos del centro, del shopping terminal y a pasos del Parque Rodó y Ruta 8. Cuenta con cocina equipada, sala de estar y dormitorio abierto, baño, aire acondicionado, tv, wifi.
