Our carriage house is across the street from the beach and on a private dead-end road in Seagrove. Public beach access is a 5-minute walk. We live in the main house and renovated our carriage house for guests to enjoy our secluded yet convenient location. Your balcony enjoys views of the Pt. Washington State Forest. You have a private entrance, full kitchen, separate bedroom with a king bed, modern bathroom, and 2 cruiser bikes. This is the perfect couple's escape with luxurious accommodations.

The carriage house has a private entrance at the back of the property. The guesthouse is a separate structure, located in a semi-tropical garden, that affords lots of privacy and quiet in the historical North Hill neighborhood that is ideal for long walks.
