Excellent location. Easy to walk to everything downtown. Lovely garden for coffee in the mornings or wine in the evenings. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Monica and her team are very responsive. I highly recommend this spot. This was our second stay.

Absolutely beautiful place! HUGE BALCONY with the MOST AMAZING VIEWS OF THE GULF OF MEXICO! You will not be disappointed in this beautiful condo, I’d honestly call it a penthouse with a huge wrap around balcony and private master balcony!

Location, location, location! Just a short drive to the beaches, and walking distance to restaurants, breweries, shopping, and entertainment. Very nice place and would definitely stay here again.

Colleen was a great host!!! My wife and I both enjoyed access to the beach and pools. There is a lot to do in the area. We will definitely come back here.

We had a lovely stay at The Pearl Suite. It was just perfect! Charming decor, comfortable furniture, plenty of space...it had it all. The location was very good, walked everywhere in downtown Apalachicola. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Kurt’s place was great. For a family of 8, it’s close quarters but that is to be expected. I think the only thing that would make this spot better is a little more storage/shelves for your belongings, but again we are a family of 8 and maxed out the capacity! I would definitely stay here again!!

⸻ We stayed here for one night on our way to St. George Island, and it was the perfect stopover! Wish we had stayed a bit longer! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed after a day of travel. Check-in was smooth, and everything was just as described. The host was communicative and thoughtful, which made the experience even better. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the short drive to local restaurants and the water. Highly recommend this spot if you’re passing through Port St. Joe or even staying a bit longer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Holiday Terrace was such a great spot to stay at, it was right on the beach and the view was amazing. It was clean and the host was very responsive.

We loved our stay! The condo was fully furnished, down to a pizza pan! The kitchen had all types of supplies. The view was amazing, and Amanda was always responsive and helpful. We were there to enjoy the beach, which we could easily do. The condo is an easy walk to a few delicious restaurants, a cute ice cream shop, and several shops. It’s not in the midst of all the hustle and bustle, although you can hear Front Street from the bedroom. The hall bunks are large enough for an adult to sleep in, and the beds were comfortable. Having two bathrooms was so nice! We had a great time and would return!

My family and I had a wonderful stay!! The location was right by the elevator and very easily accessible. I was impressed with the availability of all the elevators. We never had to wait long at all for an elevator to arrive (very impressive with a resort that size). The host was always responsive and proactive! They reached out with information before I even had to ask. Would definitely stay here again and probably will!

We have always wanted to spend an extended vacation at the beach and we finally did! We were extremely happy with the location, the wonderful view and also that it was a smaller condo building. This meant easy in and out, not crowded elevators ect. The carts in the lobby were a godsend! I needed to communicate with Brandy a couple of times and she was polite and very responsive! It was a fantastic stay and we would love to do it again!

Great view! Great location! We were able to dock our boat and had plenty of parking for our truck and trailer. Home was clean and nice. Hosts were responsive with any needs or questions we had. Will definitely stay again!

This place was perfect it was right in the middle of everything and you can walk to the best places

My boyfriend and I stayed here a long weekend and we have to admit that this place was lovely and perfect for our vacation. Extremely clean and cozy with a great view and a convenient location. Great atmosphere and the hospitality was incredible. Totally recommend it for you and your loved one to relax and enjoy life.

This beachside Airbnb was perfect — clean, cozy, and just steps from the ocean. The unit is on the first floor, which made it super convenient to bring things in and out through the back door, with parking right outside. The location was peaceful yet close to restaurants and shops. Everything was exactly as described, and check-in was a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again! Just a heads-up: there are several stairs to get down to the beach, which might be something to keep in mind for anyone with mobility concerns.

Room was as described and easy to access, no issues during our stay.

Check in was a little rough. Its a pretty big resort and having carts for luggage is tough to find. We struggled a little getting in but after we figured out where everything was, we got around fine. Condo is across the street from the beach so its a pretty good walk to get to beach. Great swimming pools on property and our kids had a blast! Thanks Sharon for always keeping us informed and responding to anything that we needed!

Awesome view. The water was extremely blue and beautiful. Beach was so clean. The pool didn’t feel like it was heated but it was still pretty cold at night so may just not have been warm enough outside. Other than the pool being a little cold (still early March) I would 10/10 Recommend. Awesome place.Shelby was great

This perfect little studio is great! The design and storage space worked perfectly for myself, my daughter and grand baby. We enjoyed our time so much that we asked to extend our stay.
