Very clean and welcoming

My stay was for business purposes, as chefs invited to work at local spot; therefore came in late every night, felt safe in a well lit area and quite neighborhood. Overall very satisfied with this pick, meeting our basic needs. Met Rebecca and Freddy in passing while looking for misplaced keys, and as chefs, we had the pleasure of serving their dinner experience at local restaurant. It was a pleasure hosting them in return on the same weekend. Highly recommended for quiet stay in Vieques.

Stayed here two nights with my husband. Vieques is a cool, unique destination- it’s adventurous and generally rustic, which fits our traveling vibe. This isn’t the Four Seasons, but that’s not why you’re coming to Vieques! Great price, great location. Walkable from ferry terminal, but I would probably taxi if I were to do it again with luggage. Good water pressure and heat, a/c was very efficient. The roosters are very loud, grateful for the earplugs provided by the host- Again, part of the unique vibe of Vieques are the free-roaming animals! Get your ferry tickets and vehicle rental with ample time.

If you want to stay right by Flamenco Beach and enjoy your time without having to drive back and forth from other places. This is the perfect place for you. Nice and quiet at night, very comfortable. Walking distance to Flamenco. Highly recommend staying here.

This place was great! Perfect location for a night on Vieques. Within walking distance of all the best restaurants and tour meeting points for the bio bay! The beds were comfortable and the space fit our group of 5 with space for more. She also provided beach chairs and a cooler for longer stays and beach days! I’ve stayed in several places on the island and this is one of the best. 10/10 recommend and would stay there again!

This stay was a little secluded but still close enough to restaurants and beaches. The property itself was super quiet and clean; it’s tucked back in a gated area with huge gardens and a beautiful pool and patio setup. The rooms are clean, obviously they are small but it’s all you need. If you are just sleeping here and using the amenities. they offer complementary coffee and cheese and crackers for breakfast.

We had the most fantastic time in Culebra and at the beach villas. The location is so beautiful — just a few steps to the beach — and the villa was perfect for our small group. We loved lying on the hammock on the porch and in the rocking chairs. We can’t wait to come back!!!

Boy o boy! did we LOVE our stay at this villa on Flamenco Beach!! The location is the star, to be sure, but the villa itself was wonderfully unique, comfortable and peaceful. I just loved that each villa had a different owner and different vibe. Swimming was great and snorkeling right at the end of the beach was a wonderful surprise. In the evening we walked down the beach 5 minutes to the public park area and enjoyed community, food and drink from the kiosks there. (Food choices and quality were limited, but the drinks and festive, casual atmosphere made up for it.) At night we felt completely relaxed laying on beach chairs and watching the night sky. The gardners and staff maintain beautiful grounds with a variety of flowering trees and plants. The head gardner was so kind when I asked if he knew anyone with the tools to open a coconut I found. Not only did he open mine, but later returned with 2 fresh young coconuts which he'd prepared for us! Such generosity.

Darla has everything you need to enjoy yourself while staying in her home. She greets you personally to give the lay of the land and provides suggestions for attractions, activities, restaurants, and transportation. We were there during the island-wide blackout, which caused us to alter our plans a bit. I was able to call her suggestion for a taxi ride at the last minute, and he came right over! Did I mention the location was perfect? As noted in other posts, she even provides earplugs if you are not a fan of the natural alarm clocks outside. :) I wouldn't change a thing! Vieques with no power was still a beautiful and memorable experience.

Had the best mini-vacation in Vieques. Our stay was amazing great views took advantage and took a swim in their pool with amazing sunsets. Mar was attentive and friendly from start to finish. I am glad we stayed here and will definitely book again.

Very nice host and accommodating. There was an island wide power outage while I was there and the host ran a generator through the night so I would have lights and a fan to keep cooler. It’s a great location if you want to be near natural landscapes, El Yunque or Luquillo Beach.

Sasha’s place is a private single-story house shared by two units. It’s super close to the seven seas beach and not far from El Yunque rainforest. Parking is in the yard. There’s even a mango tree with lots of mangos that are delicious.

Dave and Michelle’s place was a wonderful choice for our stay in Vieques. We were pleasantly surprised by the beach chairs and towels on premises and the in unit laundry was very useful towards the end of our trip! There are also two very friendly community cats that stay outside the property who greeted us whenever we came in and out. We were also very appreciative of Aurelio, who was accommodating of our check in and check out times and quick to help solve any issues that came up.

Elizabeth was very kind and responsive. She gave fantastic restaurant recommendations and they did not dissapoint. She has a great guidebook for suggestions for food and activities too. The pool was enjoyed by our family for hours each day and we had the whole thing to ourselvesz The beach is nice for walking, but not a beach where you can lay out with a chair. Vieques has so many amazing beaches though - we checked out a new one each day. We had a great time and would definitely come back again!
