Loft holiday rentals in Florida

Venessa was an excellent host. Always responded to my questions promptly and instructions to the place were spot on and included an overhead picture for reference. The place is very cozy with a lot of towels, laundry supplies and ammeneties for the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is well supplied with seasonings, pots, a Keurig coffee maker and a tower of pods. Excellent host and perfect location for being in Tampa.

Amanda and Steven's home offered a nice respite during my vacation. If you are looking for state-of-the-art, keep looking. If you are looking for a place that is comfortable and cozy and feels like it's giving you a hug, this is the place! Charming space above a garage, the space is clean, roomy, and perfect for a week (or longer!). They left brochures giving tons of recommendations. My trip kept me busy from morning to night, so I was sad I was unable to meet my hosts and their pets. I would absolutely stay here again when I visit in the future.

Amazing stay and great location

Endroit parfait avec plage, restaurants, épicerie et petits magasins à proximité! Endroit parfaitement situé pour un séjour à la plage. Très propre, très confortable tout y est parfait! La seule chose qui serait agréable à avoir sur place serait un barbecue mais il est bien indiqué dans l'annonce qu'il n'y en a pas! Je recommande fortement!

We had such a wonderful stay in this cute loft style airbnb. It was close to everything — in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. There’s a grocery store and pharmacy not far from it and the location was perfect. The Airbnb had everything we needed for our nine day stay: washing machine, iron etc. The bed was also really comfortable! We loved having our tea in the mornings on the cute verandah under the bougainvillea bush. The hosts were wonderful and it was a wonderful nine days! Highly recommend this spot.

I enjoyed my stay at Krizia's place. Lots of local fun and restaurants. I will def visit again.

Great stay! He had everything needed for a beach day and we loved the washer and dryer which made everything worth it being able to dry our clothes/swimsuits. The place is as clean as a bachelor pad but as a girl I’m picky on how clean the floors are and the smell but I was able to clean during our stay. The amenities, the host, and location make it worth the stay!

The place had a beautiful view of the city, the bed was really comfortable and were even offered extra bed sheets if needed. It’s exactly as the photos and descriptions, we loved the pool which stays open really late so is an advantage if you’d like to go for a swim after your long day, gym had everything you need if you’d want to work out, the place was very quiet so no noises disturbed us. Overall I recommend this place for your stay in Miami, for the comfort and convenience located.

My best friend and I stayed in this Airbnb this past weekend and had a great time! The apartment complex itself has a pool, super big gym and such friendly staff in the front desk readily available. I had the flexibility of working from home by the pool or in our room Jeremy provided a desk. He was super attentive and ensure everything was good with us! Good things to know that aren't mentioned are that the pool is on the 10th floor, there is no iron for clothes, there was a lot of construction in our specific block that was loud for anyone who could be bothered by it! The area itself was extremely safe we felt like, we had plenty of restaurants to choose from as well as a bit of other things to do within a 2 minute walk. Target, Publix and other basic necessities are just a short walk away. Location was further than we thought but still less than 20 minutes! Overall, definitely would stay here again.

El departamento es idéntico al de las fotos e incluso hasta más grande. Tiene absolutamente todas las comodidades y está muy bien equipado. La ubicación es lo mejor de todo, tenes el Brickell center a pocas cuadras y a la salida del estacionamiento subís rápido a la autopista para ir a cualquier lado. Stephanie fue súper amable y hubo muy buena comunicación, la verdad que súper recomendable.

First and foremost, I would like to thank Jesus for letting me stay in his unit for the past few days. I traveled out of state to Miami for a concert and much more. I chose to stay at Jesus unit because it was located in downtown and near to arena of the concert. Also there are lots of local restaurants and bars that is walking distance. Be aware that there is no free parking at this location but Jesus does recommend nearby garages where you can park which was helpful. We decided to uber instead which I recommend. The unit itself was very well maintained and felt very comfortable. All the pictures you see on this listing is exactly how it is. The bed was quite comfortable, the bathroom was clean, everything was clean! The unit does also offer a small balcony area as well to view the city, looks good at night. The instructions to checking in are very clear and you will not run into any issues. Jesus was very helpful. I highly recommend his unit and will definitely be back in the future.

Mark’s place was nice, clean and comfortable. It was also conveniently located and close to many restaurants and bars in Thornton Park. He was also responsive when it came to questions about the place. I highly recommend any guest to stay at his Airbnb!

Bernard, Kathy & Gizmo are truly the kindest hosts I've had the pleasure to stay with. The studio is private and everything is exactly as described. Even if you come for the very short walk to the beach, don't leave without at least one walk through the neighborhood. It is peaceful, beautiful, and very safe...and you can watch sunset on the river (after watching sunrise on the beach of course)! I highly recommend staying here...unless of course it's the week I want to come back and then please stay somewhere else so I can have the reservation ;) Thank you Bernard Kathy & Gizmo for being part of my retreat.
